I ordered the wheels for my Audi, for a break job that is being held up. Shipping lable created, the website stated 3 days to ship, called and emailed ,no response.
Are they in business? I should have read trust pilot first. Seems like there are a lot of customers with the same problem.

Ordered and paid. Recieved confirmation email that shipping label was generated. 4-5 days later no product shipped. Stated it was shipped shippers problem. They called back later that day and stated they were confused it wasn’t my order it was someone else’s.
I requested a cancellation. That was a week ago. When I contacted them again, they stated the refund was processed IT WAS Not
I’ve had to get the card company involved in order to get a refund.
Not truthful and professional at all!!!!!

UPDATE—- His 1st reply is an out right testimony to what I Stated-about Honest and unprofessionalism.
I have fielded at least 3 calls and 3 emails from this guy. He is not capable of being upfront, trust me!
His comment on refunding my entire amount due, LIE, he refunded about $50 bucks for just the TMPS sensors ONLY,

Still owes me around $1,200.00 as of today, 12/22/25………..

He suggested I cancel by PayPal dispute, so he can refund, HAHA, NO WAY!!!
That was after I - Told him to refund the amount with a check and overnight, at which time I would immediately call off the dispute. He obviously didn’t trust me as the Jerk is holding my money.

So PayPal pulled the money out of your account??? WELL at least you have your product. More then I can say!!!!

Would have given them a zero. First off I ordered matte black rims after I ordered them they call and say they're out of those how about gloss black and i agreed. So for one they don't know their own invatory then I get three different tracking number none of which have my address. Wheels say they were delivered yet I haven't seen anything. Don't buy from this company. Honestly I don't know how they are still in business.

Do Not Buy. I purchased a set of wheels at nearly $1000. One of the wheels is out around and won't balance. Three of the TRD center caps arrived broken, and the clown on the receiving end of their customer support line can't write and is flat out denying replacement. I've sent pictures validating, I've called and left voicemails multiple times and you can't speak with anyone and nobody calls back. I've began a case with the BBB and in the process ot returning the wheels and getting a refund. Unacceptable predatory business practice with abhorrent customer service.
Update: Upon several exchanges of email with Customer Service and leaving a voicemail, after this review I received a call from Eric who is attempting to resolve the situation. I will provide a formal update and adjust my review accordingly once resolved.

I have 2 major issues. 1 being my first set didn't fit car as they specified which ones are for my car. Took over a year until I got a refund. 2nd mistake was buying the right size the second time and now having balancing issues. I've spent thousands of dollars on diagnostics and repairs to only come back down to wheel and balancing. 3rd I was on freeway and the whole wheel itself blew up and have a gapping hole in it. No tire damage just only rim damage. Everyone is appaled by what they see. If I were you guys I would stay clear away from this company they have not helped me resolved this matter and the communication is poor. They laugh in your face and tell you your SOL. I will never be buying here again abs will be reporting to the BBB.

About a year and a half ago I bought a set of 22 inch wheels for my Audi Q8 recently the car was in the shop because I believe there was a nail in the back right tire it turns out it was a cracked wheel however the Audi dealership indicated this wasn't from a pothole there was no Dent associated with the crack it was simply poor craftsmanship. I reached out to OES Wheels to see if this was covered under warranty they declined this I asked if I could purchase just one wheel they also declined this.

Bought a set 20x9.5 front 20x11 rear and they are the worst rims. The car shakes like a blender and after couple of weeks driving my brand new control car went out. I took them to a shop then found out they were all internally unbalanced and I should replace them. They do look nice but at what cost?! Not ever gonna use their website again and recommend buying oem

As of 12/11/2024, a beautifully fraudulent charge showed up on my Chase Sapphire Reserve VISA, coming from this company Oeswheels.com for exactly $999.00. I of course called Chase no sooner I found the charge on my statement, letting them know that I did not make this charge. I do buy quite a bit of automotive parts for my cars and trucks online. So, my take is that somebody from another site stole my credit card information and then used it here on this site. However, after reading the reviews about this site, looks like they are shady AF as well!

DO NOT PURCHASE RIMS FROM THIS SITE! I wish I had read some honest reviews prior to me purchasing my rims for my Mercedes C300. When I first purchased my wheels, they sent me 1 wheel a completely different color and then gave me a hard time to swap it. Jackie (owner) would not ship me the correct wheel although the company made a mistake until I shipped the wheel back, leaving me carless. A year later, I called back to let them know I had a cracked wheel and another one bent. As shown on website, it states there is lifetime structural warranty stating for the life of the wheel, this warranty is limited to normal and intended road use only. However, when I called Jackie to advise him of my rim issues in such a short life span, he assumed I must’ve been going through potholes which wouldn’t be covered in warranty. After 20 minutes on the phone, he finally realized he was making up stories and said he would email me a return label to send wheels back and he will ship the replacements. After 3 days, I never received the email. I contacted OESwheels where Jackie answered, and said now it is not under warranty. This “company” is 100% not as advertised. He switches rules to convenient himself and not the paying customer. He claimed he would not ship another wheel unless I paid. He never replied to any of my emails regarding this matter, yet easily sent me an email with a link to purchase another one. Save yourself the trouble and the hassle. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I am currently experiencing. I should’ve known the price was too good to be true. This entire “business” is ran solely by Jackie who would not give you what is advertised on his website.

False advertisement. I purchased a set of TRD wheels from them and when they showed up they were completely different from the photos they advertise.

Ensured my wheels were correct and in new/perfect condition. Had a shipping issue with one wheel damaged. Called them sent pictures and new wheel was shipped to me no charge.
