I had my first coaching session with Amanda this afternoon, and to be honest, it’s not something I would have normally considered, as I’m not always great at talking about myself.
Amanda helped me see things I hadn’t really considered before and gave me the push and motivation I needed to be proactive. I now feel ready to take control and make the important changes I’ve been putting off.
She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session, and I left feeling empowered, focused, and ready to take action in my life.

I have known Amanda for years on a personal level. On entering some of the most challenging periods of my life I knew that there was only one place I could truly feel safe, seen, heard and respected. Not only that, I also knew she would tell me the honest truth, and show me the things that I was not able to see in my own “narrative”. Amanda has been a rock, a game changer, a laughter generator but most importantly the coach I couldn’t have gotten through these challenges without. I will forever be grateful for her nurturing demeanour, her talent to drill into the core of the issue and her ability to pull me out of the weeds and into the sun. Thank you, as always.
