As already explained to you previously, the investigation confirmed violations of our Terms of Service — specifically multiple accounts, which is strictly prohibited under Clause 1.6.1 (d). At the registration stage, every player agrees to these rules, knowing that multi-accounting can lead to permanent account closure.

It’s also important to note that you were fully aware of registering a second account — only two months earlier you requested a 2-year self-exclusion on your first account.

Even though you didn’t share your account details, we managed to identify your case based on the withdrawal amounts.

Your ₹27,000 withdrawal requested on 29/08/25 at 21:59 was successfully processed from our side on 01/09/25 at 20:28, and your ₹4,100 withdrawal from 28/08/25 was declined by your bank on 05/09/25.

We always process withdrawals almost instantly once approved, but after that, the credit time fully depends on the player’s bank. As soon as we send the funds, the speed of crediting is managed only by the bank’s system.
