On the same day, I ordered some passport photos from OddPrints and also from Photobox.

The Oddprint ones came in 2 days and the Photobox ones took 7 days.

I chose the standard postage option for both.

The Photobox ones were 66% more expensive. They are slightly glossier but I can't fault the Oddprint ones.

The service was really excellent! They answered any question I had and supported me through the time I worked with them. The quality of the photos was great as well. Highly recommend OddPrints to those looking for affordable photo prints and great service!

I'd tried everywhere for multiple copies of 35mm x 45mm photos. As this is a standard passport size, it should have been easy - but I'd started to think it was an impossibility at a reasonable price. Until I found OddPrints! Any size printed, easy website, excellent value and very fast delivery. Well done for being flexible and for providing what customers actually want.

I ordered some photos, then found out a family member had already gotten them printed somewhere else so I contacted Oddprints. I didn't expect a refund as I thought they would have already printed the photos, I just didn't want them to dispatch them. They did their very best to cancel the order but I was too late. They did however refund me my money, which I think was above and beyond! They responded so quickly to emails, even after 9pm! I highly recommend this company.

Used them 3/4 times now. Very good, reliable, good quality and speedy delivery. Will be back… 5/5!

I had to print some photos for a gift that had to be very small and I’m glad I found Odd Prints. They were shipped SO quickly and they look really great!

The prints were great quality and shipped in a decent time. It provided tracking and the only thing is that you have to cut off the excess. I can’t cut straight so my pictures were a little uneven once cut.

I placed an order about three weeks ago and I have yet to receive my order, nor is there even a tracking number. A customer service representative even told me that they have no idea where it is! This is the first and last time I'll ever pay for anything sold by this business.

I am extremely impressed with Odd Prints. I couldn’t find ANYWHERE to print 3x3 inch prints. I stumbled across Odd Prints and was a little hesitant as I’d never heard of them. However, I decided to take the plunge. The upload and editing process was very simple, as was the website. Best of all, I’ve received my prints in 2 days! They were sent directly to a family member and they said the photos were also of very good quality which she wasn’t expecting. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I have received and won’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Oddprints are a wonderful site they were so quick when I emailed for help they responded almost instantly, and solve my problem w only one email I didn't even have to answer any questions they jus messaged me bk and problem solve. Shipping is very quick. Love oddprints think its definitely the way to go for pics

I am disappointed as I thought the pictures would come in the size ordered... not needing to cut each one down which was extremely time consuming and imprecise. It needs to be made clearer on the website that pictures will not be cut down to size. Another service on another website would have been more suitable to my needs.

What an amazing find this website was. I have a multi picture frame which has a few odd sized frames within which I just couldn’t seem to find the right size photos for until I discovered this little gem. The website is easy and simple to use and you can choose whatever size pics you need. They were delivered within a few days and they’re really good quality. Worst experience ever! Not only did they take weeks to deliver, they sent the image in the wrong size! They also continue to charge my card over and over! They won’t give me a refund or resend the correct image! I am beyond frustrated with them and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

My order was dispatched promptly and when I had issues with the delivery company, the level of customer service from OddPrints I received was amazing even though the issue was no fault of their own. Will definitely use OddPrints again, thank you!
