Great software with clean and intuitive…

Great software with clean and intuitive user interface. Setup couldn’t have been easier with additional videos if you’re stuck. The integration to LinkedIn Sales Navigator is seamless. It does exactly what it promised and my connection requests and follow up messages are flying out automatically whilst I’m having breakfast.

I bought the annual plan... BIG MISTAKE

I bought the annual plan. I realized it was not automated. As a business owner you need to spend 2 hours running this DAILY to make use of it. Huge waste of time. Terrible product. Their Terms are to refund within 24 hours. I requested within 24 hours and they kept trying to sell me other products like Dripify and other stuff. Horrible customer service, terrible product. I would try any others like DuxSoup or ALfred or anything else already automated with easier customer service AND IS THE SAME PRICE.

It's a scam

It's a scam. A company that hides its employees and has fake Linkedin accounts cannot be trusted. No info on where their HQ is, their founders, management etc. Completely shady. All of their FAKE BOT sellers on linkedin use fake pics of hot girls as their profile. This company is the apex of unethical behavior. I'm not surprised if all the reviews are fake as well.

So far so good. The 7 day trial is not quite enough to get into all the features, but it definitely saves time, whilst retaining a high degree of personalisation. Keeps a close eye on activities and stops too much activity which may alert LI. Had a couple of interactions with their team, and quick, useful responses each time.

One issue is coming up. I have an old LI Business Subscription premium plan that is no longer available, and it does stop invitations at c150 per WEEK, irrespective of Octopus.
