Once I learned how to launch Octopus CRM from Google extensions and from inside Linked In, it was plain sailing. I have used the mail to first level contacts and export to .csv functions with great success to augment my own client list and database. Have not yet used the visit 2nd level profiles or invite to connect as yet. Very pleased with the product.

This is an easy tool to use. It makes growing your connections and networking so much easier. It saves me at least 6 hours a day.

Works like a charm. Great customer service. Very responsive. Software works like clock work.

This is an excellent product and well worth the investment. Great functionality and support. It's really helped us maximize our time on LinkedIn.

The interface is user-friendly. I love how I can edit the first name of the lead before sending a message or connection request :)

I have been reaching prospects that I would not be able to with any other medium. I am complimenting my current outreach with Octopus.

The dashboard doesn't appear to be giving correct information. I'm manually checked the number of invites sent and invites accepted and the numbers don't jive.
Other than that, it's ok, Very manual, but works ok.

Overall I really like using the platform. I do have to refer back to the training videos when its time to update an existing campaign or start a new one. I wish it were a bit more intuitive to use.

Octopus CRM delivers beyond expectations. The tutorial videos make it easy to master within the first day you sign up and their customer service response rate and team are fantastic. I've been using the platform for almost two months now and it has had a great impact on growing my LinkedIn presence and business!

Decent tool. Went with another tool though as their automation component for sequences is far behind other tools. Reporting seems to be better. But I’m spending 30-40% less time managing campaigns with another tool with better results. Octopus also had a bug where I launched a message campaign with around 28 contacts selected and it messaged many more people than I selected. I didn’t get dinged by LinkedIn but it sent the message to contacts I didn’t have selected. Which wasn’t good
