I’ve had the O’Cloudy Puffy Domino Three Seater and Ottoman for about a month now, and I can honestly say I love it just as much as the day it arrived. It’s incredibly comfortable without losing its shape, even with daily use. The cushions are soft and cozy but still supportive, making it my favourite spot to relax, watch TV, or read.

The ottoman was definitely worth adding too…..it completes the look and makes it even more comfortable for lounging. I’ve had several friends and family members comment on how inviting and stylish the sofa is, and the first thing they usually say after sitting down is how comfortable it feels.

I was a little hesitant about ordering furniture online, but the quality has exceeded my expectations, and their customer service is amazing! I bought the sofa and ottoman separately and after ordering realized there was a discount if ordering the pieces as a set. They immediately credited me the price difference. If you’re on the fence, I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s one of those purchases I’m genuinely happy I made.

Love it. They shipped it when I asked for it on a different date due to renovations. Delivered on time. Colour is perfect. I’m 66 years old. I had no problem unboxing, unwrapping and setting it up on my own. Very pleased with the product and overall experience. Would recommend.

Shipping was pretty fast. Boxes were pretty busted up but thats not the company's fault. The products inside were in perfect condition! The couch is fantastic. Glad we went with ocloudy. After hearing horror stories about wayfair and amazon boneless couches these looked like much better quality. Its fantastic. Would recommend 👌. Yes the back isnt crazy high but I wasnt expecting it to be. My my upstairs couch that I paid 4x as much for also has a low back. I ended up ordering a second ottoman and its basically a queen sized bed. Love it!

I love my o’cloudy couch. It is very comfortable & I like the firmness of the foam. Choosing the yellow was a bit out of my comfort zone but it fits with everything in my room. Am loving it. It has taken my cat a few days to adjust but he enjoys lounging on it with me.

Ça fait 2 semaines maintenant avec mon divan, donc à voir à long terme, mais pour le moment je n'ai rien à dire. Service après vente super bon. Le confort est là pour ma part. Aucun défauts.

I received Champagne Mist instead of Oyster Beige. I’m confused. Was the colour name changed?!? It seems lighter than I was expecting for the colour. I thought it was supposed to have a care kit with it but I didn’t receive one. It was just opened today so it’s currently expanding so I’ll see if my star rating goes up once it’s fully expanded and ready to use. Seems like it will be cozy since it feels nice and soft. Thanks for your reply. One section definitely looks like champagne mist and the rest looks like oyster beige. Definitely a difference in colour!!

I’m not really satisfied with the product, it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping for.

Still haven’t received product so this isn’t about the couch Itself. But I placed an order well over a month ago and I was given a time line of delivery. I didn’t even have shipping info during that time frame and it didn’t even have a shipping label created or shipped until days surpassed the “delivery” date. I followed up multiple times and the delivery date was further and further away. I invested in this couch with ample time knowing I had family visiting in a new home, I had no furniture for when they came to visit. So don’t order unless you’re willing to wait months for delivery.

Honestly- thank you - very easy for someone alone and not handy like me- very heavy but soooo comfortable!! Just wow and good quality

I ordered the puffy domino couch and ottoman’s and I have to say it’s so nice to have a product that once you remove it from the packaging you don’t have to wait the 48 to 72 hours for it to fully open to use. It is the most comfortable couch that I have sat on. As for their customer support, it is fantastic there was a minor issue and their response was quick and with the solution ready to go. I definitely would recommend and buy from them again.
