Still haven't received my order & it's looking like a SCAM
It's almost two months since I made my purchase and still have yet to receive the order. First tracking link given showed that status was 'unavailable' for about a month. I've since written 4 emails to customer service to find out what's going on with my order. The last tracking link given now says the parcel has been delivered, which is definitely NOT the case as there was no notification of delivery attempt or proof of delivery. At this point I have no idea where my item is and attempts at getting a refund have been deflected as well. There's a lot of postings online that this place is a scam and I'm really starting to believe that. I repeat again, please issue a full refund ASAP! To those reading, do not make purchases from here. It's complete BS.

Have not received my order
I still have not received my order. I have ordered the necklace in DECEMBER!! The necklace was supposed to be a gift for someone in January. It is now March and still, I haven't received my order.
I understand that it is a small business trying to keep up with the demands, however, they shouldn't over compensate. Unless this is a scam.
I have emailed and I was told to check with the local post office, which I have and my package is not there. I would like to get a full refund.
My experience with this company has been far less than amazing. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from them.

I’m STILL waiting for my order that I…
I’m still waiting for my order that I ordered in November. I have spoken to customer service and they have resent the item, but I’ve still not received it.
The post office said the company put the wrong address on the item.
I do really want this item as it’s a gift for a friend. But I may have to ask for a refund and go to a different company.

The Color Just Popped
I received my turtle necklace yesterday. The delivery was fast. I just opened my package about a half hour ago. When I opened it, I was impressed with the nice packaging. Pretty!! I then pulled out the necklace and wow, I was so pleased. My turtle is beautiful!! It has a very nice chain and the turtle is absolutely, well, I guess I will say beautiful again. The colors in it just popped. The size of the turtle was impressive. I did not expect it to be that large, but I am glad it is. Overall, I am extremely happy and delighted with my turtle necklace. Thank you!

Two items purchased
Two items purchased, Incredible value for money, as a Grandfather I purchased two necklaces for my granddaughters. Not only were they very satisfied but happy to know they are contributing to protecting our Oceans. Teaching the younger generations to care for such a Natural Beauty and its Creatures is so worthwhile, and I would recommend you consider treating your youngsters to this wonderful product thereby protecting our wildlife.

A little delay but worth waiting for....
Though initially I wasn't very sure if I would receive the order at all (apparently there was a delay over the holiday period), when I did get the turtle necklace it was beautiful. The communication was also excellent and my granddaughter is now very happy with her necklace.
