Oceanic Saunas Arvostelua 

Visited showroom before buying as I was worried about quality, as I was considering more expensive options initially. Placed order and took a few weeks to arrive. Had an issue with the delivery company as their truck apparently too large for our driveway, but was delivered next day in smaller van. Packaging could be a bit better but was fine. Instructions were a bit hit and miss - pretty clear when doing for a second time but could be clearer for a first timer. But with right tools its very do-able and looks good after (its basically a shed after all..). Main gripes are a) that the instructional video isn't very instructional and b) no instructions on putting up the heat sensor. It is better to put this up before doing all the finishing, unless you want the wires on display, which I didn't. But overall, a good final result for what is an economy-priced sauna. And after 1 month everything still works..

Terrible - called them to check an item would be in stock as I'm aware supplies might be delayed. Was assured it would be. Date slipped by with no contact. Called to enquire about product but told 'dispatches' deal with it. Passed around and around with no resolution. Really poor communication.

I don't know what the past poor reviews are about but honestly I can't fault this company! They have been accurate on their delivery dates, incredibly helpful on delivery problems at my end, and the products are actually well made for a very reasonable price. I have bought a steam room and a sauna. The parts are cut accurately and I don't envisage any problems with assembly. And this is whilst they have been battling with lower staff levels because of Covid. The heaters are obviously source in China, (given away by the English instructions for those parts!) but that's just fine by me. Very happy to have given this company my business. They deserve it.

The quality is cheap and poor especially the sauna heater and the thermal censor. After 2 weeks the circuit board had to be replaced and they sent out the wrong one.
The thermal censor just doesn't work properly at all.
I know it's British but it shouldn't be this bad...

Bought a steam room for commercial use from them I would have had a sauna as well but their delivery time was too long as they were so busy.
I had great service from them,
Julie who dealt with my order was brilliant, an un-named man who put extra effort and time in to get my order ready before his holidays and the one who phoned me after getting my email even though they were on lockdown.
Delivery and packing were also as good as it gets.
The steam room is a bit complicated to erect and some timbers were 1/4 inch too long so caused some difficulties erecting but you cant get stearooms at this price and expect perfection,it took a few saw cuts to sort it out,nothing really.All the materials were decent quality right down to the tile grout.
It took a day longer to finish than some others I've bought but cost 4k less and the end result is the same.I fit these commercially and am happy to use them again.You want a 17k sauna buy one,you may end up with one of theirs installed professionally anyway.

Not very good service no customer contact if I would not of contacted them, sent to wrong address wanted to pick up as would of taken me 10 mins to drive there as local had to pay £18 carriage was told it had been dispatched had a message from parcel force which was infact the day after - if you are going to lie cover your backs wished I would of gone to original supplier that I had purchased my sauna from Zokki sauna Birmingham can not complain about them at all
We all learn by mistakes wouldn’t purchase from them again

We ordered the Vision Sauna. It's even nicer in real life than in the image online. It is a lovely design and perfect for a domestic bathroom. It's easy to use and to clean. We got a joiner to assemble it and it took less than a day. The staff were really helpful. Good product, great customer service. I'd highly recommend buying a sauna from Oceanic Saunas.

After reading the other reviews we were reluctant to use this company but after speaking with their salesman called Rob we were convinced to spend the money, 40 years they say they've been trading so we took the chance.
We used check a trade to find a local carpenter to install the cabin for us and he found it very simple and straight forward. It's a great product, looks neat, was good value for money and controls are easy to use. It's quite nice that you get a digital control on the heater it means you can set the temperature more precisely.
Definitely recommend this company!

I purchased this sauna in January 2017 received it in March . Got a third party delivery by a van driver who was eager to dump it on footpath!. The sauna is disappointing to say the least ,I emailed so many times got no response , this sauna is rubbish along with non existent aftersales service. It was poorly made I complained to the company director who kept saying "we won't take it back because you don't like it" attitude but fact is it wasn't the reason . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!. never again.

This was my third sauna in a past I have assembled and the worst. Very confusing instructions, even for the electrician for the heater. Cheap but, 'You pay a pound and you get a pound worth product/service'. Next time I'm prepared to pay more and get a proper sauna, a Finnish one, because they know how to make these products. Costs more money but it's worth it. I received a bucket and a ladle three weeks after the sauna package arrival. Very disappointing.

We were looking to buy a sauna. We had some questions before making our final descision, so we emailed them but sadly NO response to our emails.

great product and great value. Instructions for assembly are a little tricky, so you will need to be competant at DIY. But this is a great company
