ive been waiting 3 months , made 4 different emails accounts because they stopped responding. asked for a refun 2 days ago they said it would appear in 7 days ... im not holding my breath

Ignored my emails and blocked me from their social media.I reported them to Godaddy which is their register just waiting for information back now.If u have a problem go to Godaddy it may help.

All went well at the start I got my tracking code and I asked where my product was when it was late and they said there was a hold up due to covid. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I eventually asked for a refund after 40 days and they said that it would be with me soon. It's now been almost 70 days and I'm not recieving any replies, I've been forced to go down the route of claiming the money back via my bank.

Ive been waiting for almost 3 months and they told me if i didnt get it within 35 days i would get a refund however I thought because of corona it may take longer so I didnt say anything. Now, after waiting 60 days im sick of waiting plus the track shipping is USELESS and has shown me no updates at all it just says “in transit” for the longest time and obviously i kept emailing for a refund and they’ve been ignoring my emails DONT ORDER!!!!!!

Over 2 months no contact. Scam.

40 days and still waiting. Guys It is not worth the wait and possible scam, you do not want to give your credit card info to this Chinese based company, there's no real reviews out there. Try to find one on Amazon instead.

I have been waiting for my items for almost 2 months and a half now, at first I emailed because I was concerned and I got replies but now in the past 2 weeks no one respondes to my emails. It looks like a scam!! Be aware guys

Got me viral on tik Tok! x This protector definitely has a “wow factor” to it, way more unique than any light or LED I’ve gotten for my room. The stars twinkle & the color mixing options are really fun to play around with. I didn’t even know it came with a built in speaker, so that was a lovely surprise

I received my light today after 19 days, and it’s pretty cool! I didn’t know you needed batteries for the remote, which is the only reason I’m leaving 4 stars. (Website did not state anything regarding batteries)

I purchased this approximately two and half weeks ago. I haven't received an email confirmation but my bank account shows that this purchase was confirmed. I email support and received a bounce back. I don't know how to initiate a refund. I don't think this company is based in California as advertised. I am empathetic if shipping is delayed because of COVID as it looks like their inventory comes from China, but I have zero idea if this is a ecommerce scam or not due to the lack of communication.

Waiting now for 20days and it still hasn‘t arrive?

I love my galaxy light! Got the product to my house in 10 days (California USA). The remote function makes it easy to change the colors & the Bluetooth speaker is alright. Worth it for the money!
