The Ocean Credit Card is powered by Capital One, who acts as the lender and is responsible for the processing of applications and the ongoing management of customer accounts.
For this reason, you’ll need to speak with their ‘Card Enquiries’ team who are available 24 hours a day on 03444 812 812 and will be happy to help you. They should be able to assist with your queries instead of having to use the app.

Total waste of time went through weeks…
Total waste of time went through weeks of checks and calls and sent all information over arranged a home visit to confirm the value to come then the day before called and said based on one months bank statement they couldn’t process the application. Total waste of time when they had all my information for weeks would avoid and never consider again. The reply is not true at all we spoke and confirmed several time that the ammount I was borrowing was affordable it would be £600 a month less than I currently paid as said by you! You then failed to cancel my home valuation wasting my time yet again!

For clarity, we first spoke with you on September 24th and arranged to conduct a fact find with you on September 25th. After several unsuccessful call attempts to you on September 25th, you messaged us on September 28th asking for a call on September 29th.
Following our call with you on September 29th, we received some documents from you on the same day, some on September 30th and more on October 2nd.
We conducted an initial review of your documents on October 2nd with a further assessment by a member of our management team on October 5th following the weekend.
Your adviser contacted you on October 6th to explain that our affordability assessment using your bank statement was very different to that conducted when you gave expenditure figures during our fact find call. As a result of this, we were unable to progress with your application and appreciate you were disappointed in this outcome.

Easy to apply & getting fast answer!
Was so quick and easy from filling in the Application which only took about 5 minutes to an answer!
And as I was successful my card was ready to use in my capital one app, then only had to wait 7 working days for my card to arrive through the post
Great fast service all round.
