Credit limit decisions are made by Capital One, the lender for the Ocean Credit Card, based on their own lending criteria rather than credit score alone, so this isn't something Ocean controls directly. I am having trouble trying to log into my account.
I have downloaded the app but I am unable to access it because I can't remember my password.
I have been able to use this card in order to pay various bills, but I now want to access my account so that I can make payments on my account.
BUT
I have put in my username and clicked on the "forgot password" message which requests my data of birthday and postal code. But when I fill in these details a message comes up telling me that these details are incorrect. So what do I do now? I rang and spoke to one of your people a few days ago, but she was not able to help me.
So please can someone sort out this problem for me so that I can access my account and start making payments.
