That’s important to say, because whenever a customer gets in touch with us, we make it a priority to respond and resolve any issue as quickly and fairly as possible. If there was a problem, we genuinely weren’t made aware of it.
We’re a local, family-owned Irish business, and customer service is something we take very seriously. As you can see from our reviews — including the vast majority of our one-star reviews being followed up and addressed — we always engage, explain, and fix issues when they’re brought to us directly.
