The first time my shoes were mislabelled and came in the wrong colour, but they don’t have return policy and I had to wait a week for the shoes to be delivered to them and 3 more days to get my money back to reorder them myself. The second pair are fine, but the box itself is completely unusable, with tears on all sides. And I didn’t have see and test option at the shipping office
Complete lack of interest and total inaction when it comes to resolving even the simplest issue. Absolutely no regard for the customer and zero effort to retain a loyal one. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I will definitely never order from Obuvki BG again.

Искам да споделя за изключително лошия си опит с obuvki.bg, за да предпазя и други потребители. Купих обувки, които буквално се СЪСИПАХА след едва ПЕТОТО носене!
Още по-скандалното е, че въпреки законовата гаранция от две години, фирмата отказа да възстанови сумата или да предложи адекватно решение. Явно за тях „гаранция“ е само празна дума в рекламите им.
Недопустимо е в 21-ви век да плащаш за нов продукт, който е с качество на еднократна вещ, и след това да бъдеш пренебрегнат от обслужващия персонал. Това е пълна подигравка с потребителите!
Силно ви съветвам да избягвате тази марка/магазин, ако не искате да си хвърлите парите на боклука. Следващата ми стъпка е официална жалба към Комисията за защита на потребителите.
Изключително разочарована от качеството на обувките. Купих си чифт, който буквално се разпадна/скъса на петото носене. За цената, която платих, очаквах устойчивост, а не еднократен продукт. Не препоръчвам, ако търсите нещо, което ще издържи повече от седмица.“ Не ми върха и парите.

Съжаляваме искрено, че сте останали разочарована от покупката си. Това определено не отговаря на стандартите, които се стремим да поддържаме. По наша информация обувките, които сте закупили от нашия сайт, са били поръчани на 18.12.2024 г. Рекламацията е подадена преди около 4 месеца, като след извършена проверка е установено, че повредата е механична, а не производствен дефект.
Съгласно условията за рекламации, в подобни случаи възстановяване на сума не се извършва.
Оставаме на разположение при допълнителни въпроси.
Как може да сте толкова некоректни да си поръчам обувки от вас а вие да ми пратите две десни обувки с два различни номера!
Extremely incorrect attitude. Lack of contact options. Some bot comes on and writes some stupid phrases. They canceled my order twice and I still haven't received my money back. The reason was that they have a problem with the system. So, when they have a problem with the system, how come other customers order and the shoe sizes I wanted are out of stock?! So for some there is no problem in the system, but for me there is, and twice.....?! I will hardly ever order from this site again. Outrageous.
Never order from there! I ordered a pair of sandals on Wednesday morning. It says that the order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. It was expected to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week at the latest. The shoes arrived on Friday. This was not a big problem. The bigger problem - we ordered them with an inspection and test at the courier company's office. Because of the delay, it turned out that they removed this service, which means that you have to buy the product regardless of whether it fits you or not. We asked the person at the checkout, he said that they did not give an explanation. We wrote an email to the site, and in response we received: We have too many orders, please wait. Have a nice day! Of course, this was not written by a person, but by a bot. It was really not a pleasant experience.
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service. Wont ever use this site again.

I recently bought shoes from Obuvki.bg, but just two months later, the sole detached from the rest of the shoe. When I contacted customer support about a warranty, I was told they wouldn’t cover it because they claimed I had tried to fix the shoes myself — which I hadn’t. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t take responsibility, especially since the shoes began to fall apart so quickly.
I expected better quality and more reliable service. I’d recommend others carefully consider their options before purchasing!
