purchased something from this website in december and it never materialized. have contacted the website multiple times but getting nowhere. May be a scam - would NOT order from here EVER again.

I found the foundation quite impressive; the mushroom head applicator is unique and easy to use. Shipping took 2 weeks, but the design makes it worthwhile.

This company sucks. I ordered a product from them and never received it. It has been 3 months and I am still arguing with them to get my money back. I sent them order info and they told me they had a different order number. I checked that order number and BOTH numbers are showing “no information” on the delivery! DO NOT ORDER FROM

Recently got a foundation with a unique mushroom head applicator. Loving the sleek design. Price was unbeatable and it’s working fine. Shipping took around two weeks, which wasn’t too bad. Happy with the purchase overall, considering the deal.

Absolutely adore the packaging and design, quite elegant. Quality surprised me positively. Shipping took two weeks, which felt reasonable. Price seems fair given the surprising results.

Impressive coverage with smooth application; color change adapts well, but packaging needs improvement, overall satisfied.

Fabric is near transparent, clothing cheaply made. Impossible to return a dress they sent in the wrong color. They finally offered me a refund of $7.00, less than 1/4 what I paid for the dress I will never wear. NO RETURNS!

Like all the other reviewers, if I could give them less than one star I would! Their customer service is terrible! When you want to return something, they promptly and politely ignore your request. They refuse to provide a return shipping address, using a variety of stalling tactics (ex. return shipping will probably be more than you want to pay; how about we pay you $5 and you keep the dress?; you got what you ordered, please check it out). When I rejected the $5, they offered $10 back on a $30 purchase, and still refused to provide a return shipping address! This company does not adhere to their own advertised return and refund policy. Even if I agreed to their $10 offer I doubt I’d ever see a penny! Infuriating to try to deal with them.

If I could give a negative number I would!!!
These people are nothing but scum. I place a dress in cart just to see what shipping would cost and never hit purchase. They sent it to me anyways!!! Now they will not give me the address to return it!!!!

I wish I there was a 0 star to check. Horrible product. I have dust rags made from better material. I have sent repeated emails asking them how to go about returning the item. They will not cooperate. No return policy. Lesson learned. Their are evil people in the world. I should have known better. Please stay away from this awful company.

It took well over a month to receive the dresses. No packing slip and returns are difficult. The cloth the dresses are made of is very cheap and looks like it will shrink up after washing. The material is stiff and scratchy. The dresses don’t even have a proper hem. I will never buy anything from them. Beware of pop up stores on Facebook.

Do not purchase anything from this company. As a previous reviewer said, the items are coming from China, possibly via the US. I am still waiting after 4 weeks and numerous e mails for a dress to arrive and suspect it will not be wearable if/when it finally is delivered.
They also do not tell you that they will add on customs tax, although I had this refunded when I queried it.
Buyer beware!!

I would go be zero stars! Sent me piece of junk shorts that looked great online and their medium womens will not even fit a child! They also offered me 8.00 to keep this crazy! They should be closed down!

The worst company to purchase from! They say they ship from within the US—they don’t ! Merchandise comes from China and takes forever! You can NEVER get a response from them except a pre-written response telling you a lie where your merchandise is (maybe). Beware!!!

Terrible sizing! Very hard to return! Product poor quality!

I have no idea about the quality of their product because it is in the original box in a sealed box. According to their website, I had the option to return products if return is requested within 14 days of receipts of product and in its original packaging. Below is the companies response upon my requesting a refund.

“I’m sorry for the bad shopping experience.
If you really don’t like them, I think you can give it to your friends as a gift. Maybe they will like it very much.

This is directly from your website, it has been less than 14 days since I received my product. Please issue a return per your websites return policy. I have not opened the package so it meets all your return requirements, please issue a return label and a refund.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufactureror our transit station.

The ad reads "A beautiful well designed walnut wooden medium messenger box "briefcase style" perfect for the eclectic writers, designers, creatives, architects, or anyone that just loves writing...Handmade with walnut wood and long-lasting leather interiors." But sadly that is not what I received.....the Walnut Writer's Box is not walnut. It does not have anything leather on it. Instead it is a cheap, lightweight wooden box (I suspect basswood or balsa wood), stained to look like walnut, and it comes with a nylon strap, and interior elastic items that are *stapled* to the inside of the box. The lid was warped and doesn't close properly, and the hardware on it is so cheap that I can bend the metal by pulling on it gently. Not ever going to be able to use it in the real world.
