Root trainer kit was not fit for purpose

Bought their root trainer kit and was very disappointed. The cells come apart very easily making it impossible to use. What a waste of money.

Looking at some other reviews it appears quality is not something this company takes very seriously. Will definitely avoid Oakland Gardens stuff in future!

I am sorry you were not happy with your item, we have 4.8 star reviews and over 99% of customer are happy with our service so I'm not sure what your trying to portray?
If you had contacted me i would have resolved this to your satisfaction as customer service is of the upmost importance to us as our ratings show.
Its a shame when people just go straight for a bad review without giving the company the opportunity to make things right, you will never get 100% happy customer but we will always endeavour to find a solution if a customer is not happy but we have to be given the opportunity to do that.
As i cannot tell which customer this is please if you read this get in touch and we will resolve your issue.

I love this company. They’re great value and once you order it’s picked up and it’s delivered within days.

Could not be bettered!

They sold me exactly what I wanted. It was easy to find on the website. I messaged them with a question and they replied promptly. It was excellent value and speedy service and I will use them again. Thank you.
