Oak Furnitureland USA Arvostelua 

Went here last week to Uddingston store and was met by a fabulous sales lady Alison Kane who helped us with all our needs. Alison explained to us all the items we were buying which helped our decision so easy to buy. She was outgoing happy and most helpful. We bought a suite tables lamps which we are delighted with. Can’t thank Alison enough for her help. Delivery was also fantastic. Driver John Daly was very helpful to us at our home. Very nice man with a cheeky smile who gets our vote 100%. Had respect for our furniture and great asset to oak furniture land. 2fab employees Alison Kane and John Daly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

HANDS DOWN, THE BEST ON LINE PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. THE OAK DECK WE PURCHASED WAS PERFECT, GREAT MATERIALS, NO JUNK WOOD,GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND IT REALLY LOOKS GOOD. THIS IS A REAL PIECE OF FURNITURE, NOT PARTICLE BOARD LAMINATED JUNK. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WAS TERRIFIC. READY TO MAKE ANOTHER FURNITURE PURCHASE.

When I purchased my desk, I had the picture of what it looked like. I did see a reference that the product was going to be discontinued. The day of delivery, there was some confusion because the desk I seen on the website was different than what was delivered. I would have liked to have been notified in advance that there was going to be a substitution. I had to decide on the spot if I was to accept or refuse the shipment. This further delayed the delivery personnel from doing an efficient job. I did accept the shipment but did not like the aggravation it caused me.

The store has nice products but unfortunately there were quality control issues with the products they delivered which made this experience a nightmare.

In-Store Experience - We decided on a dining table, chairs, and tv stand. Because of how much we spent, we qualified for two free mirrors. As the sales agent was processing the transaction, the system added insurance to everything even though we only wanted it on the dining table and chairs (insurance price was based on a % of the sales price and we didn’t want to pay for insurance on the two free mirrors). Due to the system limitation of forcing the insurance on all items, it turned into a whole ordeal as the sale agent was going around asking people how to process the transaction. Then everything was supposedly sorted out by deciding to run it as two different transactions however the sale agent did such a horrible job of explaining what was going on that husband and I were both confused, I ended up in tears, and we almost walked away. In the end, our CC ended up getting charged twice for the whole purchase but it was eventually fixed.

Delivery - We paid for the “white glove” delivery which included assembling all the furniture. When the Ryder delivery guys arrived on Friday, they said they had no record of the “white glove” service and left without assembling (this turned out to be an issue within Ryder’s system caused by the two sales transactions). I had company coming over the next day and my dining room was unusable so this was a distressing situation. My husband wasted half a day talking with customer service and Ryder. Initially, he tried calling the store and spoke with the manager who told him he would need to work with Ryder since the delivery was now their responsibility. And eventually he hung up on my husband. - 1. It is not the customer’s responsibility to work with a third party vendor that your store contracts for delivery. 2. While the store manager didn’t have the power to resolve anything, he should have understood how distressing the situation was and it was completely unprofessional to hang up on a customer. - Initially customer service said there was not much they could do and we would have to wait until next week to get it assembled but after we explained to them the urgency, they worked with Ryder to try to get it done sooner. Ryder and Oak customer service told us they would send someone out same day but no one ever showed up. Next day we had to call both teams again and finally they had someone out here to assemble.

Quality Issues - It took over a month and a half and 4 different tables being delivered to my house before we were finally done with Oak. The first table had a huge crack on the top. The second and third had cracks underneath. Customer service confirmed these were not issues caused during transportation, they were manufacturing issues.

Conclusion - I wasted a total of four work days and a Saturday waiting for delivery/assembly guys. Spent hours on the phone with Oak and Ryder and shed several tears along the way. The only shining light was the Oak customer service team that really tried hard to resolve our issues. In conclusion, this was the most absurdly stressful sales experience ever.

Was delivered as promised. Placed where I chose. Movers were friendly, professional and efficient. Assembled quickly. Perfect condition. Definitely referring to all my friends!! So many choices for top:bottom -had hard time deciding. Have configuration for anything you may need. Solid wood- beautiful. Get many compliments!!

Overall Quality was very fine. One small issue was a screw that poked through the wood and was a sharp point but we were able to unscrew it. Otherwise, very pleased with the two pieces we purchased

Jamie at Cribbs was excellent very pleased with delivery service gave 4 stars instead of 5 as received 8 bolts for chairs and no washers at all in one pack. We had go buy pack washers otherwise table and chairs solid and beautifully made

I love the my sideboard. It is lovely to look at and a well-made product. Delivery service was excellent.

Quality, quick and excellent delivery, well designed

I love the furniture from Oak Land! It is very nicely finished. Unfortunately I picked two different colors but I still like the pieces. Also the lamp table is alittle small but still nice. I would recommend them.

Quality furniture at a fair price. I looked at many options and I am thrilled with my new Oak Furnitureland sideboard.

I love both the quality and the appearance of this new oak piece. I think your company will succeed nicely in the American market and I so appreciated the pleasant voice at the other end when I ordered the furniture.

We purchased a TV console, sideboard, and entry table. The quality on them is beautiful. My husband works in the construction industry and is very particular about only buying nice quality, 100% hard wood furniture. These passed his approval (especially the dove tailed joints!) and they look beautiful.

Love my new stand. Delivery with glove service was excellent.
