Excellent Oakbrook Loans

The application was very easy to complete and no sooner than the completed application being sent; the payment was in my bank the same day. Excellent service in the slow electronic financial world that we live in.

Plain sailing after technical hitch

It took me nearly over 3 weeks to complete the accepted loan, due to a technical hitch. Operator’s wasn’t able to help very much and was told on many occasions that the technical team was to contact me (they didn’t).
Had a lovely phone conversation with one male operator who helped me distribute my loan to the correct companies to pay off various credit cards and other loan companies with ease.
All ran very smoothly and happily after the technical hitch

Lost but not alone

Absolutely fantastic i was help with my problems and I felt like a weight had been lifted of me and I am now with a company who cares about you

Took much longer to receive funds than…

Took much longer to receive funds than expected and communication was quite poor as took days to receive replies to emails. 3rd party also involved which prolonged things and I had to get involved making phone calls to get information from creditors that had been contacted but not responded.

My loan

When i applied for a loan they were so nice and helpful they explained everything even when they explained about paying back how much a month and if you could not afford it they will help you with another amount i felt at ease understanding everything thank you to this company
