The whole process was so easy and straightforward. The rate was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Thank you so much for the great service. I really appreciate it!

Perfect

Perfect, always there if you need them, however I find them very easy to get on with and also they have the perfect app which has been made simple tells you everything you need to know or do, so 5 stars is perfect for this company, give them a try.

Most communications are done by AI…

Most communications are done by AI preset answers when you do get though to a member the level of support about how interest is calculated was very vague and unhelpful

Worse than payday lenders but try to…

Worse than payday lenders but try to convince the outside world they aren't. Paid this loan off after barely 20% of my contract and yet still applied over 50% of the credit hiding under terms that its heavily loaded in the initial months? Absolute parasites. Oh and they incorrectly applied another customers loan payment to my loan which will be reported to the FCA so if you use this company plz check all your payments have been applied correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you dont want financially raped with payday lender interest rates.
