I ordered a dream catcher lamp and never received it. In 2021 I ordered it months later hadn't received it. When I contacted oakbay I was told they were behind due to covid. They would send product in time. I then waited a few more weeks and then reconnected with oakbay. They then gave me a delivery contact that had delivered the product and told me a neighbor or someone must have taken my lamp. This company is not legit they are making thousands of dollar from their scam.

I would not buy other thin from this company again.
Purchase two towels not worth the money cost my $170.00 quality cheap and nasty.

Ordered dinosaur night nights for delivery to UK in december 2021. Never received. Contacted OAk Bay and they showed "tracking an delivery complete" by some bogus company. They said maybe a neighbor or friend accepted the delivery. Bunch of BS. Took a chance and now out over 56.00USD. As you can see by the reviews, either substandard or inferior product sent, or none at all. They are making a lot of money with their scam while it lasts!

Horrible customer service. I ordered four pieces from them. One made it, but the three shipped together never did. I contacted them and the only response I got was to check with the US PS. I did and they never received the package. I have contacted Oakbay multiple times since then and have never heard back again. Do not order from this place!

Do Not buy anything from this company! I Purchased a American Oak Ageing Port Barrel. The item arrived and is not made of Oak and has a Aluminium Foil Bladder, therefore is just a storage vessel for alcohol. You cannot age the port as described. I asked for a return address and they supplied a fake / invalid address in China. Australia were not able to accept it. I requested a valid return address from OakBayOnline, they sent another and the item was returned with Tracking. Australia Post confirmed that OakBayOnline refused to accept the parcel and it was returned to me. I paid in US$ and believed I was purchasing from a company in America. Just another scam company in China.

Ordered around 2 months ago. Checked shipping this morning to find it was meant to have been delivered 9 days ago. Contacted post office and it isn't even on their system. Contacted Oakbay and they're only wanting me to place a complaint through the delivery company. I purchased a customised night light for my child, so I'm VERY disappointed it never arrived. $45 wasted!

Initially I trusted this site, and then later once I wasn't able to locate my items with the tracking they provided I thought maybe I got duped. I gave up and just assumed they weren't showing up, especially after reading other reviews.
The items DID show up, and once they did and I rechecked the tracking they sent it was indeed linked. One of the items arrived damaged and they sent out a replacement right away.
The product is what you should expect for the price!

I ordered in November and received our vacation towels after our vacation in January.
I ordered 3 instead of 4 so placed another order.
The three cane in and we're barely visible, like they ran out if ink!
I filed a complaint and they said to ship the towels back even after I sent a picture!
I'm going to file a complaint with the bank card!
Terrible business!!! Late delivery and poor quality.

Not from USA, cheap disappointing products from China. Took 7 weeks to come.

I recieved my usa barrel.
It was nothing like i ordered.
It was plastic lined and made in china .
Not usa not good oak.
Yes they answered and then say send it back in 7 days and have it like sent with tags.
Its terrible.

I would give zero stars if I could !!!! They stole my money and never sent my daughter clothes!!!! She’s 15 months now and I bought 2 outfits that were newborn and never received them!!! Phone number is fake and no one returns your email until weeks later saying your items are going to be sent out which are lies!!!!! Lies Lies!!!!!! I’m reporting them to bbb and I’ve already reported to my card people!!!!! I spent 109. And some change these people are thieves who don’t give you anything but just take your money sad af

Defective! I purchased 2.. given to 2 families on Christmas... Embarrassing because it will not light up! The instructional booklet was not for this light up bases.... Now.. I am struggling for a refund the day after ! Customer service is not customer friendly....Don't waste your time! Truly frustrating!

I should have read reviews before ordering from this company. Website said shipping within 48-72 hours, I've been waiting 3 weeks. I finally got a tracking number only to find out its in CHINA! Website didn't say shipping was from China, if it had I wouldn't have ordered.
I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charges with my credit card company.
I was also charged $1.20 international fee. Total rip off.

A very poorly made product which looks and feels so much cheaper than it is. I also received my product weeks after the order was made. Delivery was painfully slow and I missed the birthday date for which the present was purchased. The customer support is non existent. I’ve written no less than 4 emails none of which has been responded to. A poor service fe start to finish.

Do NOT purchase from this store. I bought two nightlights back in early Sept that weren't delivered until late October. I understand Covid and shipping is an issue, however, their return policy states that there is a 30 day guarantee, for any reason, for non satisfaction. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. One of the items I bought was given, at the appropriate time by someone else, as a gift. I started the return before I even received the very late, items. There was intermittent responses to the point where they had stalled and said it was too late to return. Buy local. Deal with vendors who are in your own country. These people are a joke as is their "30 day satisfaction guaranteed policy". Nowhere in their terms specify on what they "deem" as unsatisfactory. Several emails sent. Few replies. And none helpful. Run. Run far away from these crooks. They will take your money and not adhered to their 30 day refund policy. Be aware. Be VERY AWARE.

I ordered and paid for personalised towels and other items - total cost over $170. The towels they sent (I ordered 4) were the wrong size (like the size of a face washer) - when I emailed them they messaged me and said they would send replacements - I received the replacements today - I am missing 2 items !!! This company is absolutely useless save your money buy elsewhere!!!

I’m disappointed that I failed to read the reviews prior to ordering!! I ordered 4 personalized pillowcases for my kids for Christmas. I received 4 travel pillow covers. While the covers are soft and cute, they were not what was ordered. Their website is extremely misleading. Response time to emails is great, but the response doesn’t rectify the issue. Do not purchase from their website - you may not get what you ordered.

I am so disappointed And angry at the same time, these towels weren't cheap. I ordered 8 Beach Towels for my
grandchildren for Xmas and received Tea Towels. I am so so upset.
