Good service but the product was…

Good service but the product was subpar. Of the the 2 batteries I bought one stopped functioning a month into light use and the second is on its last leg after heavy use in the same amount of time. The first one the battery says it’s charging but then won’t fire and the second needs to be held the correct way for function.

Great products & service!!

I had problems with a pen I purchased along with not liking it at all. I called they were super friendly & helpful. Not only did they replace it but they exchanged it for another item I wanted!!

Great battery

Great battery! Love that it is adjustable. Charges quickly and stay charged for a long time. No issues with the battery thus far. Would highly recommend:}

Bought a battery

Bought a battery, it broke , paid for a replacement and upgrade they sent it to my old address (which I never gave them and not the one I gave the agent who gave me the return authorization) contacted them and they treated it like it was my fault. There are tons of vape companies, I suggest you spend your money there not here
