Got this waterproof canvas coat from NZ Paws for our huntaway cross last week since the morning walks are getting properly miserable. The fleece lining actually keeps him warm, and the outer layer stops the rain rather than just soaking it up like his old knit jumper. The adjustable chest strap takes a minute to figure out the first time, and it tends to collect a bit of mud when he runs through deep puddles. But it scrubs clean easy enough. He doesn't try to rub it off on the fence, so he must reckon it's alright.
