Scam. Cheap rubbish from China. When I returned after several back and forth emails before they finally gave me an address to return it to the email address I had been using suddenly started bouncing back to say no longer in use!

Cheap tat, nothing like the pictures of the goods you are ordering. You can, apparently, return goods but to China at your own expense. Their website contained pictures of beautiful looking shops, misrepresenting their business completely as when I emailed them to complain about what I had received they admitted that they had no shops ! Interestingly, their website no longer exists. I suspect the same scammers are now operating under other names, as I see the same products advertised by other companies whom I suspect are trading in a similarly dishonest way.

Fake Chinese business. Rubbish clothing with no tags so they can accuse you of removing tags IF you get an address to return. They offer 10% off if you keep it, if you insist on returning they offer 20% to keep it. Shocking customer service. SCAM!!

Terrible products took weeks to arrive and when I asked for the details of where to send return to the kept trying to bargain with me but always keeping some of my money.

Eventually reported to my credit card company and got a charge back. Emails from the company for a few days stopped and then started again. I ignored them. Stopped for now. But I’ll never reply to an email from them again.

Poor quality. Cannot return as cost too high. Cheap does not look like the picture or description. Rarely give reviews but must warn others before buying.

Absolutely awful business. Items not as described, extremely poor quality and customer service appalling and timewasters. I ordered items for a friend’s birthday (she chose it). On the website you are lead to believe there’s a uk shop but items obviously came from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Tried to get the returns address (as nothing provided online or with order). After 4 emails (and a further 2 weeks) they finally provided it only for it to be some dodgy warehouse in China. Return was going to cost as much as I paid so not worth it. After much negotiation they finally offered a 40% refund but then ghosted me - out of pocket, wasted hours and now left a polyester fire hazard of a so called ‘linen set’. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Cheap Chinese Tat - photo looks like cotton , item cheap shiny and far too small. Cost prohibitive returns and delayed communication. Probably tech co running on AI flooding market under various business names via social media. Watch out people!!!

Terrible experience. Giving 1 star because I can't give zero.

They sent a fake copy item that bears hardly a passing resemblance to that which I ordered. They want me to pay for returns per their policy. If I had simply not liked what I ordered I would accept that but this item is not what I ordered. They have offered 20% to keep the tat they sent which is not acceptable. I would recommend that you do not order from them unless you can afford to lose the amount you are sending. Awful item and terrible customer service.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Beware. No order delivered and now struggling to get a refund from China. Avoid!!!

Please dont buy from this company honestly pure scam.
Returns to China ....the item was laughable it was that bad
Absolutely disgusting company 😤
Wish I had read reviews first
Only good thing we had a laugh at the co-ord the shorts were cheap and looked like capri pants

The parcel came way too late and they you have to pay for returns to china!!

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered what was advertised as a lovely dress what came was shiny material that was so badly made. Requested a refund. Customer service is standard response. Clothes come from overseas and are really terrible quality. Avoid

Total scam. My delivery is shi... chinese polyester product versus a linen set. Pictures available if needed

Beware this company takes your money but does not deliver the goods.
