We were very sorry to read your review today. We weren't aware that you had experienced any irritation before seeing your Trustpilot review, as you hadn't contacted our team directly. As soon as we became aware, Debbie, our in-house Skin Therapist, called you to see how you were and to talk through the products you had been using.
We understand you were at work and have asked Debbie to call you again one evening next week, which of course we're very happy to do. Skin irritation can have many possible causes, so we would always want to understand which products were used, how they were introduced, what else was being used at the time and the condition of the skin before drawing any conclusions.
Our Trial Pack has also recently undergone an independent consumer study with 60 women in the UK, with no issues of irritation reported during the study. While this is very reassuring from a product-tolerability perspective, everyone's skin is individual, which is why we'd like to understand more about your particular experience.

The tan is the best thing I have ever used , I always look dreadful after putting on tan , too dark all patches but my god your tan is gorgeous honestly I was blown away, I haven’t used the trial pack yet for my skin care but will start it next week , thank you for the tan x

I am happy to give 5 stars to NYRAH. I bought the 7 day product samples, and am really pleased with the improvement in my skin over such a short period, moreover because the products are cruelty free and made by an Irish company.
A variety of 7 products were neatly packed in a pretty bag enclosed in a small neat box, along with an instruction card showing how and when to use the products, that is, either nighttime or morning.
The products arrived within two days of my order (in Ireland), a really efficient service.
Wishing this company many successes in the future.

Loved the starter pack
Loved the starter pack. My skin feels abd looks brighter. I got the tan also I wasn't 100% happy with it. There were a few streaks on my legs. I will try it again over the next few days and see what happens.
