My mom was treated by a doctor years ago, so I came when my neck pain and headaches got worse. Other clinics just gave meds that wore off after a few weeks. We worked on posture and conducted specific therapy, and they tracked progress effectively instead of just masking symptoms. No endless pills, no quick fixes that don’t stick. Sharing this because I know how frustrating it is to be told just to manage it. Wish I had come sooner.

Had sessions for sciatica management. Provider was calm and informative. Clinic runs efficiently, but one session started late due to overlap.

I came in, even though things were running a little late I was notified and promptly seem. The providers are all familiar with my situation and always address the issues. Improvement has been slow but seem to be getting better.

My experience at NYDNR has been very positive. I've had many kinds of therapy for my condition (Achilles Tendonosis with calcification) over the years but nothing has even come close to the level of therapy that I am receiving now. They have all the latest equipment and techniques and they are extremely thorough. I like that not only do they focus on the target area but also the root cause of the problem and all body structures associated with it. Lots of correction and strengthening of muscles and systems are helping me to walk with much less pain. I'm very grateful to Dr Kalika and all the physical therapists and chiropractors that have helped me so far. The front desk staff here are always friendly, courteous and professional. The facility is always super clean & comfortable and easily reached via subway. I highly recommend NYDNR to anyone seeking quality physical therapy.

Out of all the physical therapists I've been to, these guys know they're stuff. They can tell you all of the specific mechanical nuances of the body and why they need to stretch, glide, floss or whatever it is they do with your body. They all have keen eyes and can find the most seemingly insignificant thing that's actually responsible for a much bigger problem. Very friendly, patient, and exceptionally educated staff.
