Wouldn't recommend. The quality is on par with cheaper competitors. I had no issues with the accuracy or time it took to receive order. It was relatively quick despite a big bogo launch. This was my first order from them, and my biggest complaint was the quality. The sizing was weird and you could see the outline of my ENTIRE female anatomy on every pair of leggings as well as my TATTOO THROUGH the light purple leggings. Immediately returned the entire order with the exception of one sports bra. Because of the return order fee of $6 and change (despite living ten minutes away from the shipping facility), that sports bra ended up costing me a whopping $45 in the end. Spent $190 something and got $150 back. Will never buy from them again.

Ich habe 5 Teile bestellt und 4 davon wollte ich zurückschicken. Erstmal muss ich sagen, dass die Qualität für den Preis sehr schlecht ist. Dann soll ich 50€ für den Rückversand bezahlen. Hinzu kommt, dass es Probleme mit der Retoure gab. Nvgtn hilft einem auch kaum weiter. Das ist reine Abzocke. Jetzt weiss ich nicht, ob das Paket wieder zu mir zurückgeschickt wird. Da Ups mein Paket wie ein normales, statt Retoure bearbeitet hat. Seit Wochen bin ich mit Nvgtn und Ups per Email am schreiben. Als einer solch bekannten Firma, sollte man zumindest seinen Kunden entgegen kommen können und helfen!! Aber Nein, bei Nvgtn zählt anscheinend nur die Kohle.

I'm honestly shocked at all of the bad reviews. I have tried many brands of leggings and ultimately fell in love with NVGTN. I love their flares (both styles), geo seamless is my favorite for comfort, and their seamless line as well. I've been buying from them for 3 years now with no issues. Although, I truly hope they make things right for the customers not receiving their orders.

Ich habe 5 Sachen bestellt. Diese kamen nach 4 Tagen an. Also aus Deutschland! Mit kostenlosem Versand sogar. Jetzt soll ich 50 Euro Versand nach Amerika bezahlen. Absolute Frechheit. Die Sachen die mir passen finde ich super schön und bin auch sehr zufrieden, auch wenn der Stoff bei den Leggins sehr dünn ist. Ich habe auch kein Problem die Versandkosten zurück nach Deutschland zu tragen. Aber sicherlich nicht nach Amerika. Lasst es bleiben, wenn ihr nicht bereit seid alles zu behalten.

Never got my order, customer service is either worthless AI, or if you get a person, they tell you to go to the shipper DHL. Do not order here. They do not care about you

No after-service whatsoever!

Took them a months to ship my leggings. When they arrived just after trying , ladder went straight down. Contacted customer service, they say no problem send us photos (considering u already attached them first time!) anyway I did . No reply. I emailed again, still no reply. Got afto reply saying since we didn’t hear back we close this case! I emailed again, they ghosted me! I opened new case on Friday, today Monday still no answer!
Scum company

It's been more than two weeks since I placed my order, but this shop still hasn't prepared the item for shipping. I've never seen such bad customer service, even though the price isn't cheap. Many people are complaining about the shipping on their Instagram accounts. I'm not the only one in this situation.

Jeg bestilte for 2 uger siden og min pakke er ikke sendt. De svarer ikke og jeg kan se i kommentarfeltet på insta, at jeg langt fra er den eneste.

The shipping is absolutely terrible! I’ve shopped with this company for a while (since about 2021) and recently their customer service has gone down hill. I ordered something in December and 2 weeks later the item never shipped. Luckily they were quick to cancel and refund my money but it’s ridiculous.

Shipping time (to Finland) is always veeeeery long. But still, I love their leggings! The quality is great and long-lasting, even if the sizes are a bit hit-or-miss. Customer service could use some work, though.

Customer service is absolutely horrible now I ordered leggings December 13, day of launch, and they still haven’t arrived. In fact, the order is still marked as confirmed almost 5 weeks later. I contacted them the first time at the end of Dec and the representativeate gave some blanket response about fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, etc. I contacted them a second time Jan 13 and no response. They've gone downhill.

Product quality sizing and shipping has gone down and worsened the longer this company has been operating. She repeats the same products but with new names and messed up sizing so you can’t stay consistent. For $50 PER ITEM and an extensive return process, I can’t risk it. Last order was a Christmas gift but will by last from this gym clothing company, girl you’ve got some competition and better get it together or new brands will eat you up.

Awful shady business with shein quality clothes. Shipping takes literal months with zero correspondence from customer service. They sell products that aren’t in stock and charge your card anyways.

Customer service is horrible!!!! I ordered leggings December 15 and they still haven’t come!! the the representative accidentally cancelled them! and I reordered them and it’s another 2 weeks!!! They also take weeks to respond to you!! Hate dealing with them!! just terrible

Their shipping is horrible. They take up to 3 weeks just to fulfill the item, then another week to receive it. There’s no excuse for this kind of customer service when you wait a full month for an item. They state they work “around the clock” to “fulfill all the orders we receive during launches”…if you know the response to a launch is overwhelming, why not hire warehouse help!? Very poor business practice

Ich bin bisher immer top zufrieden gewesen. Wenn man aus den USA bestellt, sollte man sich auch bewusst sein, dass der Rückversand kostet und etwas länger dauert. Die besten Modelle die ich habe sind contour seamless leggings und die standard seamless leggings. Die kann ich empfehlen. Trage XS und habe auch da XS.

I'VE HAD FEW PAIRS ABOUT 4 YEARS AND HAVE LASTED VERY WELL. SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVE CHANGED MATERAIL. WILL DEFINATLEY NOT ORDER NOW.

These leggings used to be great. Wow what an incredible decline in quality!! They made a great product it went viral now they are just cashing in on their popularity and on what has become a very sub par product. Do not waste your money.
