DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and not provide the merchandise. I made a purchase in Jan. and it is the second week of March and no merchandise. Nuvoula keeps giving me the run around and blaming the carrier service. I have no refund and they do not intend to refund it either. These people are crooks!!! I will be exploring all opportunities to get these people in trouble with the appropriate authorities and giving bad reviews at every opportunity.

On Dec. 19th I ordered a pair of shoes from Nuvoula and never rec'd them. I paid almost $70.00 for them with my credit card. I emailed them a total of 10 times & every time I got the same response that they were checking on it with the carrier & they would get right back with me. I was top priority, etc. It is now Feb. 23, 2026..no shoes. I finally had to contact my credit card company to let them deal with Nuvoula. I should have known better I suppose. If you check their address, this is a residential address; not a business. That's your first clue. I seriously doubt many people receive anything they buy from this person or persons. Do not do business with them if you're smart. I wanted those shoes so badly I took a chance. I did get my money back thanks to my credit card company; but not thanks to Nuvoula.

I have reported them to Better Business Bureau and other law enforcement agencies. This company is a total scam!!!!

Same experience as others, wish I had looked before purchasing. Can't return anything. Finally settled on 30% refund so I wouldn't have to send the item back to Latvia. Good grief.

Researching sites online, Amazon recommended the website Nuvoula for the type of sites I was looking for. I proceeded to the website, found A cute pair of shoes which they stated were orthopaedic as well. It took 3 weeks to receive the shoes, which the website listed as being in Michigan, actually coming from Latvia. I was excited to finally receive the shoes per email notification. Then I saw they arrived in a bag. No box. I paid $64.99 + shipping for shoes to be sent in a bag. I opened the bag to find the shoes looking extremely cheap, plastic looking, definitely hard soles-not orthopaedic, and looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I called the US based number in "Michigan" and had to leave a message regarding the return of their product- the call was to never be returned. I followed up, reaching out via email. Sophia contacted me within 3 days offering me 10% back of the $64.99 if I kept the product. I denied the offer, to be counter-offered 25% back to keep the product, I denied the offer again. Sophia explained I would have to pay for the return shipping to an address in Latvia, with tracking etc. before I would be considered for a refund. It has been more than a week trying to return an unwanted product and they have to receive it within 30 days since it arrived at my house.
The lag between conversations and "offers" has cost valuable time in getting the product returned in hopes of a full refund.

Scam. This company is a scam. They advertise products online, but don't actually have the product. Then when you try to cancel that portion of your order, "Sophia" sends you multiple messages offering you a 15% discount for something else. When you politely decline, they send you the same message over and over. I never received any merchandise. Finally had to dispute the charge through the credit card company and initiated a cancellation of payment. Don't buy from them.

I ordered a Nuvora pillow 22 days ago and and so far nothing! It just says in transit? Taken my money though, wish I hadn't ordered it now.

The shoes were extremely poor quality. The return process took a month. They provided an address in Latvia for return which is an apartment building. The cost of return internationally far exceeded the purchase cost and I ended up taking a 35% refund and donated the shoes. There were 12 email exchanges to reach this agreement. Very disappointed. The parent company is SIA DOK GROUP who also runs
Bomre which is ab equally poor quality and questionable company.

I finally received the shoes I ordered after 5 weeks. They are made from very cheap materials and look nothing like the advertised product from the color to the style. The sizing is definitely off. Much smaller than expected. I’m going to try to return. Extremely disappointed. Do not buy from Nuvoula. A total rip off.

I placed an order in good faith, like everyone else, only to be totally disappointed. The goods ordered were much smaller than expected and not fit for purpose. I emailed customer support, only to receive the bog-standard response,

“Choose a different jewellery piece (subject to remaining stock)

Receive 10% back on the item you weren’t fully happy with”.

As I had ordered clothing and not jewellery, I shot a further email to them asking them to check my order. Their response was to offer 30% refund and told me I could keep the items received. I DON’T WANT THEM THEY DON’T FIT!!

Please don’t place an order with them NUVORIA/NUVOULA BOUTIQUE or a shop with a similar name, it’s a SCAM!!!

30 day full money back guarantee. . . Don't believe it! They promise full refund. Goods I ordered VERY poor quality. Have seen same wording and even pictures of people on various other websites. Suspect they are scammers. AVOID THIS SITE AND ANY THAT LOOK LIKE THEM.
I finally got some of my money back but it was not easy. Don't waste your money or your time!!

Ordered silver wave pendant on 23rd July, What came today is nothing like the picture I purchased. The picture on the website has since been changed to the inferior version of the necklace. I have emailed them to ask for a refund and said if I do not get a refund in 7 days I will dispute the charge via American Express as showing one picture to entice sales and sending a very inferior necklace is FRAUD!
UPDATE: I received a 100% refund from them. American Express would have actioned the refund if the merchant had not. When we buy from an online store we are totally reliant on the picture the vendor uses. This store deliberately deceived people into buying a necklace knowing full well that the image shown was not the necklace it would be sending to them. That is fraud, deceit, scamming - it has many names.

Just received my 3 items of jewellery,they looked beautiful in the pictures,saying closing down sale,I was so looking forward to these items&they look no better than off Temu!,crap&cheap looking.Dont fall for it!!,im so disappointed &angry iv wasted money i can ill afford.No hall mark stamp,don't even look silver or gold coated just look cheap tack.

These are scammers. You will regret buying from them. If I could give no stars I would - in fact I wish there was a special 'star' for crooks and scammers who con money out of you online so that other potential buyers can see straight away the sort of 'retailer' they're dealing with.

I bought a set of vampire rings which my daughter had seen and asked for, for her 22nd birthday.

They arrived very quickly and looked ok. They were heavy so I thought they must be a decent quality metal - maybe a stainless steel. But they broke after she'd only worn them 3 times and once they broke we could see that they weren't metal inside at all. They were plastic and would have been something you would expect to get in a cheap cracker! These rings were advertised at £40 for the pair but when I bought them there was a sale so I got them for about £20 however, because they were coming from the states I also got charged two fees from my bank for converting the payment from pounds sterling into dollars. So altogether they had cost me £26 - for rings that had probably been mass produced for less than a penny!

I tried to find Nuvoula's return policy but the link on their website just takes you to a permenantly 'errored' page.

So I emailed the 'info' email address on their website and am currently in a battle with someone allegedly called Sophia who keeps telling me that Nuvoula only want the best for their customers and they're happy to send me new rings.

So far I have sent 131 emails telling 'Sophia' that I don't want more of her poor quality rings I want my money fully refunded.

I plan to spam 'Sophia' with hundreds of my emails every day asking for my money back in an attempt to disrupt their 'info' account to such a degree that they might actually give me my money back.

If you have been scammed by this company then maybe you could do the same?

Please keep distance from this tricky company! They sell and send than other articels and copies of original products. I wanted to send them back and they refzsed twice to take it back. At the end I had to pay additional for DHL deposit to get the goods back and have still no money back. They usaly propose a 30% of the buying import ant you should keep it. I wanted all back as all was fakes and never got an answer! Also no phone possability it looks like the mail answers are from AI only. Forgett to buy there.
