Nuvita Arvostelua 

I bought a treatment from Nuvita and nowhere in the advert did it say not to be taken if using blood thinners!
The package arrived and on the front it states not to be used if taking blood thinners.
I immediately contacted them and after 3 days was told i had to return the package to one of their EU offices - no address given. I waited and emailed asking where to send them to and each time i got the same response. I must send them to one of their EU offices- no address.
My 14 day window is now complete and after 6 emails still no address to return!
Give this company a wide berth and don’t under any circumstances buy from them. Customer service is dire and if i could give a zero star i would

SCAM ALERT!!!
I purchased Nuvita's Purriva water fountain online only to discover within a few hours that there is no way to purchase replacement filters, without purchasing a new water machine EACH TIME, what a load if crap and complete waste.
So I requested to cancel the order, only to be told it needs to be cancelled within 1 hour, as they couldn't stop the order from being sent, this on the same day, within 5 hours of the purchase.
Initially I was under the impression it was in a company based in Cape Town South Africa, but it hails from China.(fine print)
Their initial correspondence to me stated 7 to 19 days, after requesting cancellation this time changed to between 2 to 10 days all this over the Christmas and New year period.
Repeated requests to stop the order were ignored, or outright rejected, simply replied to as impossible its been dispatched, yet updated tracking correspondence, indicated its being processed, being packed, on the dock, on the ship etc, for 10 days, so they could track the orders whereabouts, had the tracking number, shipping company details, but REFUSED TO CANCEL IT, despite continued requests to do so.
Furthermore their cancellation policy and 30 day back guarentee is a scam.
On receiving the parcel one has 14 days to inform them you want to return it, it needs to be unopened in the its original packaging.
I informed them on the day the parcel arrived that i'd like to return it.
They need to collect it, send me the forms as their policy states they'd do.
Repeated requests to the various email addresses go unanswered, even the previous email address they corresponded on. The email address to cancel and return comes back undeliverable.
Throughout the process I was dealing wjth the SA branch, on the email they initially corresponded through, but also emailed their international counterpart. NOTHING,NO RESPONSE.
What a waste of money, no way to utilise their products once the filters are finished, no way to buy new filters, no way they honour their cancellation policy.
Its companies like this that make ONLINE purchases a problem.

Also wird sind voll auf die Tolle Werbung reingefallen.
Pferde Adventskalender der ist mit ca 14 Tage Verspätung aus China angekommen, hatte zu unseren verwundern nur 12 statt 24 Türchen. 12 Teile was nur Schrott ist und nichts für Pferdefreunde. Unsere Tochter und natürlich auch wir sind für den Preis maßlos enttäuscht über so eine Abzocke. In der Bewertung ist schon 1 Stern zu viel!!!! Man muss jeden einzelnen Käufer warnen.

Ich kann nur davor warnen, absoluter billig Kram, China Mist. Davon kann man nichts gebrauchen, höchstens für ein Kuscheltier Pferd. Keine 10€ Wert. Er wurde auch noch kaputt geliefert, der Service ungenügend. Ich sollte ihn auf meine Kosten ins Ausland zurück schicken. Abzocke ohne Ende!!!

Die Firma hat in Ihren AGB erklärt dass eine Annullierung des Auftrags innerhalb 24 Stunden möglich ist. Dafür werden aber 10% des Kaufpreises in Abzug gebracht. Davon steht nichts in den AGB.
Lieferung kommt aus China!
