Poor customer service!!!
I did not get the product. Package received was open and empty. Called, and was instructed to take pic of the open package. Did that and sent as instructed to the support desk. Person I spoke with told me photos would be reviewed. Basically told me if it was warranted a new product would be resent. As if I could some how prove the package had been tampered with during shipping. The burden of proof should not be on me. Based on her attitude I requested that the order be cancelled and purchase refunded. I was told that was not an option.
