It says a lot about a company that…

It says a lot about a company that offers great service for customers that make small purchases. Just ordered 4 bolts and was shipped quickly, communicated well, and arrived just as described. Thank you!

Extremely quick service

Extremely quick service! I needed a relatively esoteric nut and they had it and I got it in two days. Very happy! Will definitely be using yhem in the future!

They knew exactly what I was looking…

They knew exactly what I was looking for and when I recieved the product, it was exactly what I needed. They shipped it out and I recieved it faster than I expected. If I need any more specialty screws I will definitely use The Nitty Company again.

Overall A Good Experience

Everything I ordered (nuts, bolts, and washers) arrived pretty much as expected, with the only problem being my order of 64 washers was 3 short. However, I estimate that I saved about 50% over what I would have paid at Home Depot or Lowe's, even including paying shipping.

Products are of good quality

Products are of good quality.
Delivery was a nightmare. It took 3 weeks and three mailings to arrive.
I understand that the U.S. Postal Service can not be controlled by the merchant.
