This is THE place to be to become an expert in metabolic health. Everything that’s taught here is evidence-based. I have studied nutrition and health coaching in three other institutions and while I learned a lot there, there was also a lot that I was taught that didn’t really have much scientific basis to it, whereas the Nutrition Network is really the real deal and if I could go back in time, I would have started my education there but better late than never!

E-learning is ideal for me. Opening a module whenever I have time to complete the lesson makes studying relaxed. The only downside is that all modules are so interesting that sometimes it's hard to choose.

When I started to explore Nutrition Network, I loved the free modules from the Doctor's Desk.

All modules contribute to a better understanding of the proper human diet and the consequences of not eating well for most chronic diseases (if not all).

Cost can be a barrier to non-medical folks like myself. Can Non-certification courses be offered?

I’ve been obese for a good part of my life, reaching 170 kg (375 lbs). Thanks to the LCHF approach, I’ve taken control of my life back and am no longer obese.
