Pas fiable...jamais livrée, 80 euros débités. Un service client qui ne sait que répondre de patienter le temps qu'ils règlent le litige avec le service de livraison...A FUIR!!!

This was definitely my first and last order. The customer service obviously doesn't exist and my package still travels to Croatia like it goes from the Mars! Big 0!

J ai fait une commande chez Nutridome d un smilbite light and bright...j ai bien reçu la facture...j ai reçu 3 messages par mail pour me dire que j avais été livré...il n en est rien... surtout pour me dire que j avais été livré après 19h???je viens de faire une réclamation...si j ai satisfaction j enverrai une nouvelle évaluation...mais je ne suis pas confiant...il fallait juste que je lise les avis

Le blanchiment des dents est totalement inefficace.
Attention les avis sont bidons !
J’ai essayé de mettre un avis bien entendu il n’a jamais été publié, j’ai réessayé une deuxième fois à nouveau non apparu…
Il ne publie que des avis positifs…
Une chose est sûre : j’ai perdu 79 €.

Ho acquistato sul sito il prodotto giovedì sera e stamattina è arrivato il prodotto , ero preoccupata perche lette le recensioni pensavo non arrivasse più , invece per quanto mi riguarda tutto bene . Poi per carità avranno avuto questa brutta esperienza

le kit de blanchiment hormis une notice d'emploi minimaliste ( sans les ingrédients actifs ce qui est illégale et sans explication de fonctionnement complet ( pourquoi des clignotements bleu et mauve?°
est totalement inefficace
de plus malgré la recharge, l'appareil ne passe plus en mode actif mauve
la demande de retour n'a pas eu de réponse à ce jour
les 3 tubes de gel sont opaques pour en pas voir la quantité qui est négligeable
on n'est pas loin de l'arnaque compte tenu du prix

Mauvaise politique de retours j’ai commandé un produit Apis lifting et tensing cream qui ne me convient pas le produit est inefficace bien qu’acheter sur tick tok Shop Nutridome ne vous rembourse que les produits et pas les frais de retours contrairement à la politique de tick tok qui vous rembourse intégralement la commande je ne recommande pas ce site

The customer service is terrible. The FedEX courier company is even worse. This was my last order with this company.

Honestly the delivery timeframe from this company is to long, I placed an order on 13th Jan and by the 23rd it's still not been delivered. Will be the last time I place an order with this company, it's to long to wait for delivery and no idea if I will even receive my package at this point. By the looks of it based on other reviews I probably won't get a refund either....be wary

I ordered a teeth whitening kit. When it arrived I charged it up but then found that it wouldn’t switch on. I called the number on their website but it didn’t ring and sounded as if it wasn’t a valid phone number. I then submitted a complaint through the online form.

The following morning at 7.10am, I was called by their number. My phone rang once then they hung up. I called them back about half an hour later. I was told by their representative that they couldn’t sort this out over the phone and I would have to wait for a response to the online complaint form. I made it clear that I thought that was nonsensical.

Two days later they emailed me asking for video evidence of the product not working. I submitted this then had another email asking if I had used the product. I responded saying that as it wasn’t working I failed to see how I could have used it!

I then received an email stating that a full refund would be paid to my account by tomorrow, 16/1/2026. Yesterday, I received another email stating that my refund was being processed and should be refunded to my account within 10 working days.

The customer service is an absolute joke and I’d advise anyone to go elsewhere instead of purchasing from this company.

Ho fatto un ordine che sarebbe dovuto arrivare il 4.01.
Ad oggi nulla è pervenuto... spero quanto meno arrivi, anche se in ritardo altrimenti mi vedrò costretta a sporgere denuncia...

Hice un pedido el 31 de diciembre y 9 días después aún no había llegado. Me dicen por email que se trata de vacaciones navideñas y en la empresa no están operativos hasta pasado el 7 de enero 😳😳 y que su empresa de mensajería tampoco. En fin, una experiencia muy desastrosa. No volveré a comprar en Nutridome nunca más. Solo espero que me llegue el pedido en algún momento... 😟
Edito: me acaba de llegar Justo después de escribir esta opinión. Por fin!! He de decir que la presentación de los productos dentro del paquete es impecable, ahí va mi única estrella!!

Prix attractifs, livraison soignée et rapide.

Trop déçue de ce site qui n'est absolument pas sérieux et qui utilise des transporteurs incompétents,
Commande passée, encaissée et jamais livrée !
Des mensonges sur le suivi du colis qui a été perdu et aucune réaction utile du service clients

Sembrava che il prodotto fosse stato spedito immediatamente e in consegna entro qualche giorno. Dopo più di una settimana l’ho sto ancora aspettando e l’ufficio clienti ha risposto con una frase palesemente automatica: Grazie per il suo feedback!!! Mai più da questo sito

Je mets 4 étoiles car la livraison a été rapide, pour moi c'est un site sérieux. Je mettrai 5 étoiles si le produit pour la rétention d'eau est efficace. Par contre 4 euros 95 pour expédier une petite boîte de 60 gélules c'est un peu exagéré.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Says parcel was delivered and it wasn’t. Im sick of scam companies. I’ve emailed for my refund and now I’m being ignored. Absolute joke. Try earning money the proper way instead of scamming people.

I placed an order on 6/7/25 and had to pay the £10.95 (I think it was) postage for a service which delivered in 3-5 working days.

10 days later still no delivery so I cantacted support and asked for a refund for postage as the service hadn't been fulfilled. They refused and said if I wanted a refund I must reject the package which I did when it arrived some 14 days later.

I chased for a refund but was told it wouldn't be processed until they received the goods and then 2-3 working days to apply the credit. Rediculous as they coudl see I had rejected the package form tracking and I didn't have the goods.

2 weeks or so later I chased for the refund and was told they had checked tracking but the parcel was now lost so I had to wait for them to settle a claim with the courier then they would process a refund to me!

Completely scam worthy as they have proven with the fact the courier is saying that the parcel is lost I do not have the goods however they were attempting to make me wait whilst they process a claim!

I had my credit card company step in and Amex agreed with me and issued a chargeback.

Complete waste of time and effort having to chase and chase. I'd avoid this company. I appreciate there are good comments and feel it maybe hit and miss with them however I clearly missed and it was a terrible experience - in fact the worst I can recal with an online company! My advice - avoid and shop elsewhere!

Really disappointed about the way I (as a loyal customer for years) have been treated by this company.
I ordered 19th May 2025 a bottle of Derminax (something I have been doing every 6-7 weeks for several years). On friday 23rd May I received from Nutridome a bottle of Nicorix (a product for smoking cessation) which I didn't even know existed and as a non-smoker certainly did not order. When I contacted the company to inform them of the error - they insisted I must have ordered the wrong product which I am 100% certain I did not . I asked them to send proof that I ordered Nicorix - which they failed to provide - simply sending an invoice for Nicorix with my name and address - which certainly was no proof I ordered this product. I forwarded a complaint - and again they insisted the error was mine and would take no responsibility for the error in sending me the wrong product. I now have to return the Nicorix at my own expense - in order for them to send Derminax - which I had ordered on 19th May 2025. This is pathetic Customer Service and a 'kick in the teeth' to a loyal customer whose business they have had for years. If I could record zero I would - they don't deserve a 1
