I’ve been working with NutriCraft, specifically Carmen, for approximately 1.5 years, and my overall experience has been extremely positive.

I’m the founder of mypassion, a Canadian supplements brand based in Ontario. When I was starting my business, I spent a lot of time searching for the right manufacturing partner. I had fairly high standards for both the ingredients and the finished product, and I wasn’t willing to compromise on either.

I ran into quite a few challenges with other manufacturers. Some were significantly more expensive, others wanted to modify my formula because they couldn’t source certain ingredients, and I also had difficulty finding a manufacturer who could source the eco-friendly glass bottle and bamboo lid I wanted for my packaging.

At one point, I was honestly ready to give up on finding a manufacturer that could meet all of my requirements. Then I connected with Carmen.

Carmen was able to source all of the ingredients I wanted at a much better cost than I had been quoted elsewhere. She was also able to source the specific eco-friendly packaging I was looking for, which was a major factor in my decision to move forward with NutriCraft.

I’ve now completed my first production order of 1,500 units of my Immune Support product. When I received the finished product, I was extremely impressed with the quality and felt confident launching it under my brand.

Throughout the entire process, communication with Carmen has been excellent. She has always been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The timelines we discussed were met, and the overall development and manufacturing process has been a very positive experience.

I’ll be expanding my inventory with additional products in the near future, and I will definitely continue working with Carmen and NutriCraft.

Overall, I’m very happy with the product quality and my experience with Carmen and NutriCraft. I would be happy to recommend them to other brands looking for a manufacturing partner.

Our experience with Carmen at Nutricraft Labs has been a nightmare. We paid thousands of dollars for supplement production and, after payment, repeatedly asked Carmen for basic proof of production, documentation, and the status of our products.

We received conflicting information and still have no finished product and no satisfactory documentation showing what happened with our money or our order.

We feel completely misled by Carmen and are now pursuing the appropriate channels to recover our money.

Based on our experience, I would never trust Carmen or Nutricraft Labs with my business or money again. Proceed with extreme caution.
