This is with your partner company Amazon. I ordered 2 new panels from Nurzviy.com and amazon fulfills these orders. Well the first "panel" arrived except it was some random item in a very obviously not solar panel box. While this did get rectified (maybe the panel has not arrived yet.) it took a few days to get it straightened out. Well... yesterday the other panel came (also delivered be Amazon) and it's used... this is sooooo not ok.

400W panel is drawing 290W at 5PM Spring time under full sunlight, I am confidence it will give good results in hot Summer time.

This solar panel just don't working, useless at all

this order (Order #2005) was never delivered to me--there seem to be two identical tracking numbers. (both of them: Fedex 888986580505)--one that says the product was delivered on 2-24, the other saying that the ship date 'will be updated'.

The first of the above Fedex tracking claims: delivery on 2-24 on the East Coast following confirmation of purchase on 2-22 at 2:30 PM. This seems a little quick! How could the panels have been packed for delivery transferred to Fedex and then delivered to my doorstep on the other side of the country all within 48 hours?

Could you please send me the solar panels that I purchased from you on the 22nd Feb.? Thanks very much,

Pros: The cost was better than average. The shipping was faster than expected. The solar panels were in good condition and functional. Power output at peak sun is around 350 WPH.

Cons: I was expecting the iron stands because the online graphics led me to believe they were included but that was not the case. Buying the stands separately costs $90 US. Using the case as a stand, as described in the instructions, doesn’t work well at all. The panel just flops around the sides of the middle and decreases the array’s power output.

Company was actually on top of there business, they were ahead of FedEx order received on time and worked without a hitch companies today are about money Nerzviy Energy actually provided a quality item at reasonable price a rarity in today's world Thanks 😊

Customer Service got back to me immediately to let me know that an item was no longer available. I opted to get another 34w solay panel instead. Shipping was extremely fast, and the packaging was right on par with the Bluetti Apex I just got, which is to say, incredible for this small solar panel. Additionally, these panels are very high quality, using ETFE coating, and having USB-A AND USB-C outputs! Highly recommend this company. (Have one of their 200w panels as well.)

The Solar Panels I ordered were delivered immediately while another part of the order was delayed. Communication was fantastic through the issue and was resolved beyond my expectations. Great Company.

The order was sent the wrong item. I was ordered a NEMA 6-50 plug 40A, but I received a NEMA 14-50 Plug with a 40A Charger.I did request for return but No response yet

The solar panels themselves are beyond expectations. I am very pleased with them. I have bought a total of 6. I only give 4 stars because half of them had damaged boxes on arrival.

My Discover 1500 Power Unit does not charge using the AC cord. Tried contacting Nurzviy through email, phone and their website but no reply, going on 10 days now. The phone seems to be disconnected and I see other reviews saying the same things. I get the feeling this company is out of business.

I was sent a used or returned old unit in a delaptated box- not a new unopened one.

Need app for Android to do initial set up . It was remove from "play" a year ago. Emailed, called, texted, and got no response. After a week I found an old version in a dropbox account. It worked and the charger works great. But without the app, you can't set plug and play, or output. If you can't get a response god for bid you have a service issue.

Great customer service and quick shipping.

I received the wrong device… and the phone number does not work and no one is responding to email, but I would like the right device shipped as soon as possible.

Wrong charger sent. I ordered a 6-50 plug, they sent a 14-50. I tried repeatedly to contact them about exchanging it with no response. I know have to either rewire my house for a 14-50 plug, use an adapter which is not ideal and not necessarily the safest thing to do when charging an EV. Haven't had the chance to use the charger yet so this review is purely about the company and their customer service and unfortunately it's a no go for me. With a customer support this bad, if something were to go be wrong with the charger it seems like it would be impossible to get a hold of them.

These are very good 200 watt flexible panels and very well made and they put out the 200 watts the only thing that Nurzviy company needs to do better is packaging because my first order got crushed by UPS Store and I sent it back on the spot and they sent me another panel ASAP so customer service is great but that package was in pretty bad condition but the panel was in great shape so work on the packaging put more sterophon inside the box in-between the panel and the cardboard box and it will be a whole lot better and I have the Allpowers 200 watt flexible panels and this one is a little bit smaller and puts out more watts than the Allpowers and as soon as I can get a chance I'm thinking about replacing 2 more panels with these panels this is a honest review as best as I can. It was not obvious up front that there would be a delay in shipping, but communications was OK when I contacted customer service.

CO IS A SCAM. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY HANUP AT 1ST RING, OR IT SAYS SERVER ERROR, OR IT RINGS 5,6 TIMES AND HANGS UP. PREDATORY CO. DONT BUY FROM THEM. THEIR PRODUCT IS CRAP.
