I wanted to update the look of my IKEA Trofast drawers, I added the scalloped and striped stickers to the fronts. I was amazed by how easy they were to apply! The quality is excellent, beautiful colours too. The stickers have completely changed the way my drawers look and I get so many compliments from my friends & family when they visit. Very disappointing experience.
I contacted the company to report that border stickers were missing from my order. The parcel I received as replacement was delivered through my letterbox. What makes this even more frustrating is that again the item was missing. After being asked to complete a claim form for five missing stickers, I decided not to pursue the matter any further. The amount of time and effort required to resolve such a simple issue is unreasonable, especially when caring for a baby. I have now removed the borders I had already placed on the walls and will not be ordering from this company again. To add to my disappointment, I posted a negative review on the company's website and it was removed within hours. That experience has left me with little confidence in the reliability of the reviews displayed on their site.

I wanted to make sure I reviewed N.S after the brilliant customer service I've experienced today. We bought stickers for our daughter's nursery about a year ago, they're great quality and look lovely. However, recently, one of the letters kept falling off very quickly despite the others next to it being fine. I emailed the company and they resolved it in hours, asking for pictures, agreeing the sticker is faulty and sending out a free replacement. Absolutely superb service!

I’ve bought 2 different under the sea themed stickers and they’re perfect. Easy to apply, no residue left on the wall and you can move them around to fit your needs. My nursery looks beautiful thanks to these transfers. Fabulous!

Amazing great quality stickers that were so easy that my 5 year old put them up and even my 3 year old helped (albeit a bit wonky!). Customer service was fabulous too when 1 of the 3 sheets was damaged (this was obviously unusual) and so I'll definitely order more!

Lovely products. The magnetic arch is a fun addition to our playroom and the stickers look lovely in our nursery. Responsive and helpful customer service as well!

This company has gone above and beyond to help us. We ordered some wall stickers for our nursery and they weren’t right for us, so we reached out to request a return. They explained we needed to send it to the address below and that it could take up to 10 days to reach them and be processed.

We sent first class tracked via Royal Mail and was only a few days later we realised the post office hadn’t given my wife the tracking information, just the card receipt! We reached out to their customer service and Coraleigh and Oliva got back to us explaining there was still time for it to arrive so keep in touch and we will take things from there.

With no way to track the return we were left in a really tricky situation, I reached out to see if they’d received the package, which they hadn’t but given our situation kindly processed the refund to us anyways.

They couldn’t have done anything more, thank you for all you’ve done.
