Nupo’s products are split into three categories: Diet, One Meal, and Slim Boost. The products can be enjoyed separately or can be combined. Nupo is approved by the Ministry of Environment and Food Denmark as a full diet replacement. Excellent plan for diet management so far
Upon TDR, has been amazingly helpful in helping me in my weight management.
The variety of flavours makes it easy to change through meal through the day and week.
Easy to make and hassle free, however providing the necessary nutrients needed for good functioning of the body while cutting down calories in total.
The spread of meal throughout the day meets my nutritional demands providing something to eat at every moment hence reducing hunger strikes.
Am so happy, am using this and recommend to all wishing to put their weight in check

Varorna levererades som utlovat med rätt innehåll. Köpte provkit med alla smaker. Det låga betyget pga att bara 2-3 av 18 påsar smakade ok, resten var tyvärr direkt oätliga.

Nupo ist mit einem guten Resultat…
Nupo ist mit einem guten Resultat verbunden. Es könnten lediglich ein paar mehr Infos zur Diät gegeben werden. So bietet es sich an, zwei Potionen zu einer Mahlzeit (z. B. zum Mittag und zum Abend) zusammen zu sich zu nehmen, so dass man seinen Rythmus beibehalten kann. Das Sättigungsgefühl ist besser und ein Shake morgens und am Nachmittag lässt sich besser in den Tagesablauf integrieren.
Auch sollte bei den Paketen, z. B. 4 Wochen Paket auf den Packungsinhalt hingewiesen werden. Mache Pakete enthalten nur 10 Prtionen, so dass bei 14 Paketen die 4 Wochrn nicht komplett geschafft werden.

Leider finde ich den Geschmack der diversen Shakes furchtbar....am schlimmsten ist der Schokoladenpudding...Konsistenz wie Kleister

Unsere Produkte basieren auf Pulver, was natürlich eine etwas andere Konsistenz als herkömmliche Mahlzeiten ergibt.
