Numeralpaint Arvostelua 

I ordered, a kit from numeralpaint and I was missing a color, so I emailed the support team about the issue, they were fantastic as they have took full responsibility and resent me the missing color. I just finished the painting and it looks great, I will definitely be ordering more paintings for Xmas.

I received my painting within a fortnight in good condition.
I'm happy with the canvas quality as well, and not to forget the great customer service.

I absolutely enjoyed my “Goldfinch and Sunflowers” paint by number kit, the quality is very good even better than what I expected, the canvas is strong, the numbers are clear and the colors are bright, the pictures looks very nice when finished

I ordered the Emile Folle portrait kit. Initiall I was hopeful that the skin detail would be good because it has so many divisions. This was not the case. I started with the face, and the colors as indicated are very poorly matched to the original artwork. The shadows are too dark, and the eyes are barely discernible. I am somewhat disappointed, but after trying a few producers of these kits, I find it is a constant problem. If are not familar with the artist you may not notice. I am familiar. I do notice

Vermutlich werden die Bilder einfach aus sozialen Netzwerken wie Facebook oder Pinterest geklaut und dann in Malen-nach-Zahlen-Bilder verwandelt - ohne Wissen oder gar Erlaubnis der tatsächlichen Künstler und Urheberrechtsbesitzer.

Very happy with my first order. The canvas and paints were both great quality and delivery was when expected. I've gone back to order some more and the website has changed. It's really difficult to see the paintings without clicking on each individual painting. I wouId love to order some more but l dont have time for that.

I ordered this for a colleague as he'd broken his foot. Although it took some time to arrive and was not what I was expecting, Numeralpaint have since been in contact with me and have rectified the issue I had, which I would like to thank them for. So they are reputable and do help when things go wrong .

This company is a scam do not use them, the phone numbers don't exist emails bounce back at you. Take the money but no product

Order a paint by numbers in Jan 2025 took ages to come then could not see the numbers too faded, been trying to obtain a replacement but keep fobbing me off with different excuses, will never buy from them again, what a waste of £34, think it is a scam so beware. Will be contacting Trading Standards.....

I brought a canvas for £25 , I normally get from a different company, the difference is unbelievable. The canvas was creased & poor quality, can bearly see the numbers , paints are loose with different numbers ,you have to do that yourself . I tired to start it but the paint is like water ,doesn't work . Please avoid this company, cheap Chinese imitations & a waste of money

Order was never delivered. I tried to work with them for resolution but they only provided a tracking number that did not exist with the USPS. After that they refused to help. I hope anyone reading this does not order from them. I think they are a scam.

I ordered a special for my wife for Christmas. Absolutely superb service. Emails back a forth for a while to get the the request right. Had a delivery today 12 days before Christmas, took a look before wrapping it and it was better than I thought.

My paint by number canvas came folded and then wrapped around a soft tube. So it had creases that were very difficult to get out, but with ironing and stretching the canvas, its now "acceptable". The paints are partially dried out and more of a gel than an acrylic paint. I have to push the paint on the canvas if that makes sense. Thankfully I do have good quality paints left over from other paint by number projects (from another company) which I will have to use. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

Horrendous company. They send things from China. Start praying that you get the items once you place your order . Things get lost, and nobody gives answers to the questions you have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

First the good points: helpful customer support, good canvas quality, paints with good viscosity. Now the list of the cons:
1. Original order was wrong and took a month to receive correct order.
2. Differently numbers of the paint colors for project were exactly the same so end result of design is terrible.
3. Many parts of the design were not numbered.
4. A reference drawing of the project was not included so identifying what color to apply was nearly impossible. I took pictures to help me out, but still overall the project did not provide the result anticipated. The picture of the finished project does not match the design provided.
This is not my first paint-by-number work and already completed three pictures from a different company so the issue was with this particular design and paint kit.
This design was a walrus.

I've got my order last night and when I opened it, it's well packed and everything looks great.

This is the first time I order from numeralpaint.com and am so pleased with the quality of this store, it's the best canvas and paints I got so far from online stores

Shame on me for believing that the product I would receive would be the product that was advertised, at such a great price. I ordered a total of three kits and all of them are horrible. I wish we could leave images with our reviews here so I could show prospective customers how awful the product is and how vastly different it is than what is advertised on their website.

The images advertised on their website are high quality, high detail/resolution and gorgeous. The pictures that I got to paint look like a watered down photocopy of this picture with no intricate detail whatsoever, like all the illustration is almost deconstructed, looks incredibly blurry. It's ridiculous.

In some cases it's hard to even make out what the shapes in the image are supposed to be. It's an absolute disgrace. It's false advertising and it's bait and switch. They of course don't allow customers to leave reviews for their products, more than likely because they know their products are garbage. I do intend on leaving this review on every other site I can find to review numeralpaint.com.

Do NOT make the same mistake that I did. Find a higher quality paint by number retailer!

And to numeralpaint.com: either make the product you sell match the listing or make the listing match the product that you sell. It's called truth in advertising, take a lesson in it.

Absolutely love this company. I have done 2 personalised paint by numbers from them and just ordered my 3rd.
