I was missing a few paints for the painting I ordered. I contacted customer service, they were apologetic and said they would look into it. They were quick to respond, they said they were sending the missing paints out immediately and they also said to pick a new painting free of charge for the inconvenience. I said they didn't need to do that , but they insisted. I received my things recently and am very happy. Their customer service is outstanding and their products are top of the line. I will be purchasing again.

Amazing product!! I love it, it’s very therapeutic and calming and seeing progress is great. The quality of the paints and canvas are amazing and the delivery was a lot quicker than expected. I ordered a custom one for my boyfriend for our anniversary and the picture turned out great! Highly recommend.

My painting was initially a birthday gift that didn't meet the deadline due to a post office problem. But, they promptly admitted the mistake and made up for it by sending another additional painting along side the original free of charge. That more than made up for it for me. Great company and I would highly recommend.

I’ve done many of these now all from different providers. These are as good as any and a reasonable price compared to some. The paints are good and they do some different designs. I had to email them re delivery and they replied to it very quickly which is reassuring. I would buy from them again.

If I knew how long it takes to be delivered, I would have used another company. I’ve been waiting 11 days and then found out it can take up to 28 days to get. That’s way too long. I’m passing on this company!

One of the colors in my kit was wrong. I contacted the company, and after sending them a picture of the incorrect paint tube, they offered a free PBN of my choice, which I received, along with the proper paint to finish my project. Handled very professionally by their customer service.

Excellent customer service through email. They will always reply within a day or even hrs...I was given a bad quality custom Paint by Numbers from a different company. I emailed Numeral Paint and explained my situation and was assured theirs would be high quality and was given a preview from a photo I gave before I purchased. It was delivered and I am throughly happy with it. Would highly recommend 👌

I had almost completed Queen Nefertiti paint by numbers but lost the numbers guidance sheet. I emailed this problem to the company who sent one by return email so I could complete. I am really pleased with the end result. Customer Service was friendly and efficient. My family members also purchased paint by numbers for first time and are pleased with their purchases and service given.

I ordered two paint by number kits, one each, for two different friends. One in CA and one in NC... Though they took a few weeks to arrive, they are thrilled to have them. I can hardly wait to see how they turn out, once painted.
