I Highly recommend numberplate hub

So often when you buy something from a company and there’s even the slightest issue, it’s a nightmare. I had a minor issue with one of my numberplates and the service that I got from the numberplate hub was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more, I highly recommend using numberplate hub for your numberplate requirements.

Recently purchased a new number plate…

Recently purchased a new number plate for my camping trailer from here. Quality is fantastic and comes with all required fixings.
Slight problem in the fact I received no confirmation of my order however a quick email and this was sorted so can’t complain. Would definitely use again.

Avoid them (scam)

Avoid them! Probably scam, i have ordered the plates week before after 4 days when I contacted about their 24hr tracked service they responded sorry something went weird with order. Then again i called they said we are sending with before 1pm special delivery and I didn’t received it again. After that i called them again they came with new excuse and sent me tracking number. Then i had to call royal mail and they said this tracking number is wrong because this delivery is not on your name and address.

Also i asked for refund which still I haven’t received it.

I can’t take my car and had to cancel plans because of their unprofessional service.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Hi Oan,

I'm very sorry to read your review and truly regret the experience you had. This is not reflective of the high standards we usually maintain, as our other customer feedback shows.

We made a series of errors in processing your order—from a delay in requesting your documents, to sending you an incorrect tracking number, and ultimately a misdelivery. You absolutely deserved better, and for that, I sincerely apologise.

I can confirm your refund has been processed in full, and we’ve taken internal steps to ensure something like this doesn’t happen again.

If there’s anything else we can do to make this right, please reach out directly.

Thank you for your honest feedback—it helps us improve.
