I was about to lose my landline because broadband is going full fibre in my area. Numberpeople helped me rescue my landline number and port it to their SIP-service which means I can now answer my landline number on an app on my mobile. Really great service as well at a very fair price.

Pretty easy to set up. I am still in a so-called trial period but it looks brilliant so far. I did quite a bit of research before getting onto the bandwagon. And to be honest Numberpeople stand out! My Grandstream Wifi phone is on its way right now from the US.

I haven't had any issues with Number People. They have supplied a reliable VoiP service and their customer service is excellent.

The only improvement I would like to see is some communication when countries are taken in and out of the outbound bundles. I (actually my wife) calls France regularly and as I pay for the unlimited bundle it would be nice to know when these calls are covered by the bundle and when they are not.

Was a little apprehensive but porting the number was simple and achieve on the date specified. Using an adapter I was able to use my existing handsets. The set up process for the adapter was relatively straight forward. There was one issue after set up but a quick online chat with Number People (they were very quick to respond, no waiting in a queue) and they quickly identified an additional setting on for the adapter that needed to be set. All now works perfectly.

It actually works. The clarity of the call is also commendable.

The process of creating the divert no could be improved.

The number port was so easy and a very efficient support team to get you up and running. Their pricing is competitive and no issues with their service, perfect.

The only thing i dont like is that i constantly get spam phone calls - its unclear whether these calls eat up my credit or not but either way they are VERY annoying - is the number sold to a third party after sign up? Whats the deal?

I was worried about porting my existing number across - you often hear about nightmare experiences which lead to interruption in service or losing the number completely!

The number people have a very clear process for porting numbers - they helped me fill in the form and contacted my existing supplier to agree a suitable switch over date. I was really pleased at how efficient the process is - Brad kept me updated at each step. Excellent overall.

I’m really pleased. As a small trader with few incoming calls I wanted to step up the professionalism and have a non-mobile number available on my website. Number people allow you to set this up for low cost and then build the package you need rather than high monthly costs. All calls to my website are now forwarded to my mobile and all set up within an hour.

New to this sort of service but cannot fault the team at Number people. The guys stuck by me and answered all my stupid questions and got me to a point where I can now make a receive calls to my ‘landline’ number on my iPhone and are now porting my existing number now I have switched to FTTP. Excellent service, role model customer service.

Excellent experience! Everything went smoothly including porting my landline phone number for free to my new NumberPeople setup. Any queries I have had have been answered promptly by Brad. All I need pay is £1 per month for using my VoIP equipment to enable my old home phone extensions, and 1.5p per minute to call UK landlines.

Customer service was great specially Mr Kayle, he resolved the issue straightway. We did trial and decided to go ahead with them.
Definitely recommend them.
