I was worried buying a kit online would cause permit issues, but Nuecosystems provided stamped engineered drawings that sailed right through approval. The inspector was actually impressed with the gauge of the steel framing during his site visit. If you hate red tape, buy from these guys.

We had needed a cabin that could be elevated off the ground due to our possible flooding during the rainy season. Nueco designed us a cabin that was 5ft off the ground and also helped with our plans to submit the planning and zoning department.

The cabin was approved very quickly by the planning department with zero changes required.

We received the kit last week and we have begun building it.

The factory representative answered all of our questions that came up, prior to ordering the cabin.

The fact that you were able to provide color samples helped us get the metal siding approved too. We plan on doing a 2nd building next summer too.

They put us in touch with some great resources and even changed dimensions a couple of times through the process. In the end the price was lower than they first quoted.
