Medium Olive Tree

I’ve just unpacked my medium olive tree which has just arrived promptly from Nuco.
I’m really pleased with how realistic it looks.
Fits in perfectly to dress up an awkward corner.
This company never fail to deliver good quality products for a fair price.

First class customer services

Beautiful products and excellent customer services. Had a minor issue with an order and Steph resolved immaculately and within 24hrs. Highly recommend if you want to add a touch of bespoke elegance to your homes.

I'm sorry to see that you've left a poor review based on your experience shopping with us. As a small business owner, I’m really passionate about not only delivering beautiful products but an excellent experience to all our customers and I work tirelessly to do this. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your initial returns request, however as soon as I was notified of this via your Trustpilot review I got in touch with you via email on Saturday evening and then via text on Sunday to try and rectify this immediately.

I can understand from your perspective that you didn’t receive a reply to the returns request but as this seems to have been an error, I hope my response to you has changed your experience of shopping with Nuco and you would consider purchasing from us again in the future.

A great shopping experience.

A great shopping experience.
My order came really quickly with a personalised note in it …I had to email them because an item I ordered had been smashed and they sent me a replacement straight away .

Really pleased with my purchase

Just received two Amalfi ceramic Christmas trees and they are way better than my expectations! They are a lovely soft colour, quite heavy and will look great amongst my neutral coloured Christmas display in my lounge this year. They came so well wrapped too. Really pleased from start to finish. I will be back!
