Smooth and quick, even with a job change

We had a great experience with Nua. We were in a tricky situation, I had recently changed jobs, which made things difficult with other lenders. Nua were flexible and accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and quick. The portal was easy to use, the team was responsive, and we secured a competitive rate. We closed on our new home without any delays. Would highly recommend, especially if your situation isn't straightforward.

I felt that I mattered in this whole…

I felt that I mattered in this whole process. I was never made feel as if the company was doing me a favour, I always felt centre to everything and this is a welcome change. The portal was a great help and I would certainly recommend this company to others.

I would really recommend Núa Money

I would really recommend Núa Money. They are most approachable and they make the mortgage journey an enjoyable one. They are most professional and efficient. Everything done on a portal which makes things happen very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Quick and transparent
As a client, the process and the requirements are laid out in a clear and logical way. All interactions (e.g. after a document upload) were nearly immediate, and if there was a problem, then the problem was written out clearly. The experience from the broker and solicitor side was also very good.

Great Digital bank

Great Digital bank , very efficient on approving
Uploaded documents , easy online portal for everything including drawdowns
We had a pleasure of dealing with Niall from
Nova Mortgages which was extremely helpful all the way , I would 100 percent recommend
Nua Money Mortgages and our mortgage advisor Niall from Nova Mortgages .
I wish every bank was as efficient as them in Ireland .
