NSW CPAP is a well organised company

NSW CPAP is a well organised company. I have purchased from them on many occasions and each time they have been prompt and efficient with deliveries. They maintain good correspondence and keep me posted if there are any delays. I buy all my CPAP equipment from them. They are a very good company.

I found my experience with sleep abnea Shop in Port Macquarie very helpful and Ben was such a big help to me on advice he checked my machine and asked about my other equipment to make sure it was working properly

Delivery service

My order of Purdoux mask wipes was damaged during shipping. I did not expect the products to be replaced; I just wanted to bring attention to the issue. NSW CPAP promptly replaced the face masks, and the order was received the next day. This level of customer service is commendable.

The customer service was friendly, informative, and very quick. It was also soooo much cheaper than our previous provider

Your team at Port Macquarie were great. I went away on holidays. I cleaned and replaced parts before leaving home. Unfortunately I did not replace all parts and went away missing elbow to face mask. It was no problem for your staff. They had the part in stock and saved my holiday. Could not fault them. Thank you.
