Poor processing and communication.

I have shopped with NSW CPAP for years. They have a good range and fair pricing. Unfortunately the service has fallen off drastically. My recent order (more than $1400) was not processed after one week with NO updates at all. Only after I queried (by email) was it processed and shipped (express). The customer should not have to chase these things up. Anyway this is my experience. I hope yours is better. I won't be shopping with them again.

A Nice experience

Quick efficient & friendly. Considerable improvement on the service privided a couple of years ago.
Well Done. The lady in Paramatta was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. A nice experience.

A very good lady I spoke to who gave me…

A very good lady I spoke to who gave me amazing advice in relation to my cpap device. She spent time explaining things over the phone and clarifying things I did not understand.
This led me directly in putting in an order for a new mask and wipes.
This would also lead me to future orders and recommend you to others with cpap devices

Great welcoming, great assistance, no complications, but rather facilitating with down to earth approach and keenness to help that made me overwhelmed to the kindness and level of care I experienced, full of confidence to recommend the service to everyone.

Speedy, courteous and professional

I ordered equipment online but misinterperated the filters available which I realised once I completed the order. I immediately emailed asking if the order could be amended accordingly and I pay an additional amount. Staff were quick to amend and forward an invoice with the additional payment due.
Once the order was received it had the original filters included so I emailed to advise and staff were again quick to respond and sent the remaining filters.
