The National Society of Leadership and Success Arvostelua

It was exactly what I ordered, and it came quickly.

My experience with the National Society of Leadership and Success has been meaningful and impactful. The program provides a well‑organized pathway for developing leadership skills through interactive modules, speaker broadcasts, and actionable steps. I especially valued the focus on accountability, personal growth, and building habits that translate into real‑world leadership. The content is practical, the expectations are clear, and the community encourages you to elevate your standards. NSLS helped me sharpen my communication, strengthen my discipline, and stay committed to my long‑term goals.

Getting a chance to elevate and connect means the world to me and thank you

My experience with The National Society of Leadership and Success has been very positive. The program provides valuable leadership development, motivation, and practical tools that help members build confidence and stay focused on their goals. I appreciate the quality of the learning content, the inspiring speakers, and the emphasis on personal growth, accountability, and success. NSLS is doing a great job creating a supportive environment where members can reflect, improve their leadership skills, and connect with a community focused on achievement.

I loved how empowering each task/lesson was. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it was certainly exceeded. I’ve been to many Train the Trainer sessions with various places and this one was by far the best one I’ve attended.

This program has inspired me to being working towards a new service for my new consulting firm - a personal HR of sorts? A completely unbiased someone workers can contact when they need advice from a leader. Each of us has someone to turn to when we need professional unbiased advice, each other. This is a privilege more people should have.

One thing I would change is the format of the SNT meetings. It was awkward to be in the virtual meeting because I felt like no one was comfortable leading the meeting. Being a group with people at various levels in the process and myself being newer, I was looking for the ones at the end of the program for guidance. I feel like having an official group leader assigned to the break out sessions would have helped me feel more comfortable speaking up. I did my next two meetings with my cousin over about a month. We had so much fun making plans and goals for each topic.

Short story long, thank you for this opportunity. I’m excited to see what else is offered.

Excellent programs for members. They truly embody leadership and provide not just certificates but also college credit pathways. This organization is a benefit to any current or aspiring leader seeking to develop themselves and others within any organization.

The virtual meetings were very helpful and informative

I completed the program in December 2025 and I was never notified about the virtual induction which led me to missing out. I requested the rest of the package that I purchased on top of the membership fee and I had to do that 3 times. NSLS dropped the ball for me.

Great way to develop my leadership skills!

Would recommend to anyone at capella!

NSLS is an amazing organization!

Overall, my experience with NSLS has been positive. I believe the organization has a meaningful mission and genuinely encourages individuals who want to succeed personally and professionally. The speakers were inspiring, and their stories reinforced the importance of perseverance, leadership, and intentional goal setting.
However, my experience with the Success Networking Team (SNT) was less impactful than I had anticipated. One of the benefits promoted by NSLS is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships that can support members through networking, mentorship, and career development. In my experience, however, participation within my team seemed to be driven primarily by completing the program requirements and adding the experience to a résumé, rather than fostering genuine engagement or long-term professional connections.
While I appreciate the structure and accountability the SNT meetings provided, I believe the experience could be strengthened by encouraging deeper collaboration, more authentic networking, and greater investment among team members. Overall, I believe NSLS has the potential to make a significant impact, and I value the lessons I gained from the speakers. With stronger engagement in the SNT component, I believe the program could provide an even more meaningful experience for its members.

The company helped realize I could be what I wanted and do whatever I put my mind to I know that a little cliche but it’s true

Being a part of the NSLS is a great opportunity and I enjoyed watching the broadcasts and learning about what it means to be a leader and be successful. This program also has great benefits too and I believe it will help me further my knowledge with developing leadership skills. I am proud to be a member of this program!!

Awesome! Once they got my message they handled my issue great!

Efficient, succinct and wonderful information for future leaders.

A great way to learn and train how to incorporate daily goals into your lifestyle activities.

Bonita experiencia

My experience was great first just by being invited to apart of an organization such as NSLS and being noticed for having something they felt would be a benefit and becoming a potential leader whether it within the organization or within another network to help someone, support, strengthen and to help better someone's life. Being able to be of service to someone or something is a great joy. This company is doing g well by recruiting, recognizing school age students as well as adults who have returned to school after many years that have sacrificed timeof sometimes being away from their families, not hanging out with friends to study and giving that extra attention to the work we needed to submit, and all the hard work we've put in daily to be the very best we can be as a person and the best version of ourselves..I personally thank you for the opportunity to join such an organization and to be apart of something bigger than myself.
