My experience with the NSLS has been very helpful and rewarding. It has helped sharpen my leadership skills, strengthen my confidence, and encourage me to continue growing both personally and professionally.

I really enjoyed all the knowledge and accountability.

A good experience.

I was able to meet different people across world. And give me the courage to set goals for myself.

The program is excellent. So very helpful and easy to get on board with the program. The people are so nice and very helpful.

I liked that NSLS helped me with helping me identify my goals to establish my business. I wish that I would have known to complete the process sooner.

Joining the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic and personal journey. From the moment I started, NSLS provided me with the tools, confidence, and support to step into my potential as a leader.
The training sessions were incredibly insightful, focusing on goal-setting, effective communication, and teamwork. I learned how to articulate my ideas clearly, collaborate with others, and take initiative in both group and individual settings. One of the standout aspects was the emphasis on self-awareness and personal growth—NSLS didn’t just teach me how to lead others but also how to understand and improve myself.
What I appreciated most was the encouraging and inclusive environment. The society fostered a sense of community where everyone’s voice was valued. The peer interactions and networking opportunities were invaluable, and I left each session feeling more empowered and capable.
The only minor challenge was overcoming my initial nervousness about public speaking, but the supportive atmosphere and practical exercises helped me grow past that. NSLS truly lives up to its mission of creating leaders who make a positive impact.
I highly recommend NSLS to anyone looking to develop their leadership skills and gain the confidence to make a difference in their community and beyond.

I have appreciated the level of training and encouragement by community and world leaders. NSLS is a very inspirational organization. I recommend it to anyone interested in leading change in their field and/or community.

The commaradie of the members and the leadership of the hosts. I really liked the goal setting. It helps to keep you on track to finish your goals.

NSLS has boosted my confidence and given me another perspective on leadership. I am confident, and my communication skills have greatly improved. The meeting is an eye-opener, and the breakout groups are fascinating. The NSLS speakers I listened to rejuvenated my passion to do more and encouraged me that, regardless of the number of rejections, there's something in me that the world is waiting to experience. The speakers have motivated me in many amazing ways, and I learned that no goal is too small or too big to achieve. Every plan/goal starts with a step back up with intentionality. I am very honored to have been nominated for membership. And to the NSLS Foundation, thank you for this opportunity.

Everyone working in the NSLS program has been very helpful. I appreciate the encouragement and engagement. I am proud to be apart of the NSLS journey.

More time-consuming than I had hoped. Paying for a membership that I earned and doing all those steps was a little disappointing.

This has been an amazing experience for me. This has been giving me a ton knowledge, a lot of experience & useable information in my current & my future life, while also giving me insight on my past & showing me what I did wrong, how can I correct that issue & be better in the present & the future.

I am so excited to be a part of NSLS applying for scholarships for easy I’m getting so much knowledge on better ways to pace myself with goals and to accomplish them and not feel overwhelmed this is such a great experience
