NS1.bg Arvostelua

I am extremely disappointed with NS1.bg and feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who might be considering their services. As a business owner of an EOOD (Ltd), I recently discovered that some of my invoices were missing while preparing my annual tax report.

Upon contacting NS1.bg, I was told that they hadn't issued these particular invoices and would look into the situation, promising to email me the next day with a resolution. I waited for their response, but the email never came. After two days, I reached out to them again via chat to inquire about any updates on my case. To my dismay, their response was that there was nothing they could do about it.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer support is unacceptable. For a business like mine, which relies on accurate and complete financial records, this oversight by NS1.bg could have serious consequences. I trusted them to provide reliable and accurate invoicing, but they failed to meet that expectation.

I strongly urge anyone considering NS1.bg to be extremely cautious when dealing with them. Make sure to double-check every payment document they provide, as they seem to have a careless approach to their invoicing practices. I am deeply disappointed with their service and will be looking for alternative providers in the future.

Being an expat in Sofia is not easy, especially when it comes to choosing a service provider who is in line with the global quality standards. NS1 was and still is a pleasant exception. Before moving from GoDaddy I was a bit skeptic but now after more than 3 years, I can undoubtedly say that those guys rock! Keep up the good job!

Ns1.Bg is the best hosting company I evet met, located in Bulgaria. Ideal for web pages which have visitors from Middle East, Turkey, Europe, Russia...

Company is patiently answering your questions and requests. I found zero negative comment on internet. I recommend this institutionalized hosting company.

Earlier, I have a lot of accidents / experiences with single persons managed scam hosting offers. Most of my datas stolen, and I was scammed.

If you do not waste your time and money, do not search anymore..Order hosting from NS1.BG and start to publish your sites live.

I have been with my UK host for four years, I pay a premium for first class support. I have just also set up an account with ns1.bg and for a bargain price you get fast hosting and brilliant support. I cannot hesitate to reccomend this great company.
