NP Works Ltd  Arvostelua

Really kind, knowledgeable and helpful when I found myself in a tight spot after moving to a new property. Would highly recommend!

Neil's done a few of jobs for me now and been brilliant every time. Always quick to reply to messages and definitely knows his trade. Really happy with his work and will definitely use him again.

Very impressed. Knowledgable and capable. We are booking him in again to do some more work and deal with problems still plaguing us despite other tradesmen supposedly solving assorted leaks!

This company was reliable and communicated well, were upfront about costs, and provided good value, They did a very professional job, resealing 2 showers and servicing a boiler to a high standard - very happy with the results.

Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, helpful. We will certainly be using them again.

Excellent service, thank you!

Nil and team conducted some neat, tidy and timely work for us plumbing in a washing machine in a cupboard that had no water supply or drainage, but backed on to a cupboard that did. Nil took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and completed the work to a great standard. Best of all, when I contacted him later with another potential job he advised me exactly which part I could buy to take care of it myself. Amazing experience. Will use Nil for any future work.

We recently had a new boiler fitted by Nilesh at NP Works LTD and couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. The team were incredibly clean and respectful of our home throughout the process. Nilesh was also very informative, taking the time to explain how everything worked and answering all our questions.

Highly recommend NP Works LTD for anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

Nil and his partner came promptly and solved the leak with ease. Thank you to both of you. This is the second time I have used NP works and I’d recommend their services. They are friendly and professional.

Nil had great communication throughout - including over WhatsApp, phone calls and in person. High quality work done for us! Nil was efficient and well priced. Would highly recommend him!

What can I say? Highly recommended? Absolutely yes. Nilz is an amazing guy.
I’m so glad that I found him. From now on, he is the only one doing any work at my property. Thanks mate!

Nil was Great. He turned up on short notice, diagnosed the problem with my boiler, and got its back up and running quickly. He explained every step of the process thoroughly and kept me up to date regularly. Definitely recommend.

Nil and his team are very thorough and aim to really explain what’s going on and the options to take. His advice is extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.

Can't recommend them enough - helpful, thorough, patient, and effecient.

Booked in for a boiler maintenance as it hadn't been checked for a few years, Nil was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything he was working through in detail, and answered all my (sometimes fairly basic!) questions about best practice around the home.

Know exactly who I'll be phoning the next time any work is required.

NP Works recently fixed our shower and were incredibly helpful and proactive in how they dealt with the situation, which included interacting with the council to arrange repairs for pipework that the council were responsible for. They always explain things clearly, are quick to respond, and work hard to find the simplest and best solution even in complicated situations. I'm really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a professional, skillful and friendly service that's great value for money too. Thank you Nilesh and Sean!

Prompt, reliable and informative. Also very helpful with a stuck valve.Used this service on a Sunday for an emergency and it was a reasonable price.

Excellent assistance with heating/boiler optimal set-up from Nil, after problems maintaining pressure in the house. Good advice provided for future. Fully recommend.

Consistently great service from NP Works! Always very quick to respond whenever we have an issue, and even give us great advice on how to mitigate recurring issues. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Service from Nil Parmar at NP Works Ltd

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Nil Parmar, the gas engineer from NP Works Ltd, for his exceptional support in resolving my boiler issue over the past month.

At the beginning of January, my boiler displayed the F76 error code due to a heat exchange built-in sensor failure. Nil conducted a thorough inspection, contacted Vaillant’s in-house engineers, and quickly identified the issue. He went above and beyond by providing me with details on Domestic & General insurance, hoping to assist with a covered replacement.

However, when the Vaillant in-house engineer conducted a site visit, they issued a vague statement that created complications with the insurance claim. Nil took it upon himself to call both Vaillant and Domestic & General multiple times—enduring lengthy calls and recordings—to advocate on my behalf. As I live abroad and rely on my tenants to manage such matters, Nil’s dedication and persistence were invaluable.

Thanks to his patience, professionalism, and expert knowledge, he successfully convinced various customer service teams of the legitimacy of my claim. Unfortunately, due to peak-season delays or staffing shortages, Vaillant never followed up as expected. Despite this, I deeply appreciate Nil’s unwavering effort, support, and commitment to helping me during this challenging time.

This was my first experience working with Nil and NP Works Ltd, and I was truly impressed by his thorough, considerate, and proactive service. I wholeheartedly recommend Nil to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and reliable gas engineer.

Thank you again, Nil—you have been a star, providing much-needed comfort and assurance throughout this ordeal.

This is my second time contacting Nilesh as he did a great job the first time fixing a light. This time he was my heating saviour. My boiler thermostat broke and I was left with no heating. Nilesh provided me with some options and explained the differences, pros/cons and costs. He then managed to come and replace the thermostat within 24 hours . They were quick and efficient with the installation and took the time to go over my new thermostat. Very pleased with Nilesh's work and professionalism. Highly recommend.
