Npshopping Arvostelua 

I recently used the NPShopping.md proxy delivery service to ship a package from the United States to Moldova.

The package arrived very quickly, in about 16 days, and considering the price was under $10, I found the service excellent.

The process was smooth and intuitive, and I received timely updates from the company throughout the entire delivery.

I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely use it again, as well as recommend it to others.

I used NPShopping for package forwarding from the US to Moldova and had a very frustrating experience. The main issues were:

Communication Problems:
- Extremely difficult to reach customer service - they rarely respond to emails, phone calls, or messages
- When they do respond, it's often after many days of waiting
- Different operators ask for the same documents multiple times without checking previous communications

Customs Clearance Issues:
- Packages get stuck at customs for extended periods due to their inefficient processing
- They don't proactively update customers about customs requirements or status
- Had to provide the same documentation 2-3 times through different channels because their internal coordination is poor

Overall Service Quality:
- Lack of transparency about package status
- No proper tracking system or regular updates
- Customers are left in the dark about what's happening with their shipments

The service became so unreliable that I had to contact customs directly to resolve issues that should have been handled by NPShopping. For a forwarding service, communication and efficiency are essential - unfortunately, NPShopping fails on both fronts.

I would recommend looking for alternative forwarding services if you need reliable package delivery to Moldova.

Would not recommend.

Terrible service! I ordered keycaps for my keyboard — they arrived at the company’s warehouse back on March 26, and today is April 7, but my account still doesn’t show that the package has been received.

I’ve been contacting support and emailing them daily for a week to find out what’s going on. All I ever get are generic responses like “we’ll check with the manager.” No specifics, no action.

Each time, I attached a photo from the courier as proof that the package was indeed delivered to their warehouse. But there’s been absolutely no response.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Extremely disappointed
